Villa vacation rentals in Alfama, Lisbon

Our stay was very nice and enjoyable. We were able to Uber to Lisbon daily without any issues and the cost was very reasonable. Our host was very helpful with arrival and suggesting sites to see and recommending restaurants and tours. When I realized that I had forgotten to bring electrical outlet converters, they provided them right away. We would stay here again.

la Costa da Caprica, lieu très vivant, plage magnifique à 100 m de la maison. La maison est dans une petite rue piétonne toute décorée au sol avec un voisinage très sympa. les commerçants sont très agréables. (surtout à la droguerie). tous commerces à proximités. La maison est fidèle à la description, les couchages sont des vrais lits très confortables. toujours une place ou garer la voiture, bus pour Lisbonne à proximité, en bref, lieu idéal pour 4. Les petites attentions de Pédro et Catarina permettent de se sentir bien de suite : produits et linge de toilette, serviettes de bains, produits de nettoyage : il suffit de penser qu'à soi car ils ont pensé au reste.

Excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison, propre, spacieuse et correctement équipée. Un séjour enchanteur : maison dans une station balnéaire à 30min de Lisbonne, à 45min des incroyables et magnifiques plages de sable blanc et sans vagues, proches de Setubal (Figueirinha, Troia), à 45min de la côte sauvage de l'ouest et de Sintra, bref un emplacement idéal. La literie est bonne, le minimum nécessaire en cuisine est là, le WiFi fonctionne bien, le patio extérieur est très agréable. Il est facile de se garer sur la petite place derrière la maison, et, si besoin, le fait d'avoir un garage est un vrai plus. L'environnement est inattendu (immeubles), mais quand on est dans la maison, on se sent vraiment bien : un vrai cocon. A noter : un supermarché à 2 pas et une délicieuse petite poissonnerie, sur la place derrière la maison. Seul petit bémol : la rue étant perpendiculaire à un boulevard, on entend bien le bruit des voitures, jusqu'à environ 23h (après, il y a moins de circulation)

What a wonderful property, one of the best we’ve stayed in! It was perfect for our 2-year-old, who loved playing in the garden, and it was the ideal base for our day trips to Lisbon and the surrounding area. The beach and nearby bars/restaurants are also great. Thanks to Antonio and Fatima for being such fantastic hosts!

Ein privates Häuschen für uns alleine mit einem privaten Liebesnest dazu. Sehr persönlicher und herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter, mit vielen tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Meer hat mir dort von Portugal am besten gefallen.

Great communication, very nice quiet place close to Caparica and the beach, exactly what we wanted. Minor things that could have been better: The fridge is a bit old and run down and seems leaky, cooking basics like salt and pepper were missing. Otherwise all good.

The Villa is beautifully presented, with lovely artwork. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds are really comfortable. My family, felt very comfortable there and we enjoyed the dip pool. I would advise that you need a car to explore the area. Manon was very helpful including good recommendations. I would recommend a meal at the local restaurant Tasca Tuga.

Beautiful stay, we would highly recommend. Loved the house, the location close to the beach and the beds were so comfortable. Every room has its own en suite bathroom. Local beach clubs were wonderful and Maria and Pedro were super helpful and responsive.

Villa was beautiful and very clean. Lots of space & the rooms were lovely. The Little hamper was a nice touch. All in all we were impressed with the villa and the contact lady Manuela was helpful. The locals seem nice to & the mini market will order in anything you need..its a 3 minute walk ..but only very small. Would definitely go back

Beautiful villa, immaculately clean. Really pretty and very private garden with a cool pool. Thoughtful additions including games and recommendations for surf lessons. Fab hosts. Had the most wonderful week with the family. Easy to walk to beach and good restaurants. Highly recommend and hope to return!

6 of us stayed here for 3 night - 4 adults and 2 boys. We went to Lisbon for the IBJJF Championship and stayed here. what a beautiful place, home from home and nothing was to much. Thank you from us all

Tout s’est bien passé dans la villa de petits travaux sur les canalisations à l’étage et tout serait parfait. Bruno est un excellent contact pour la villa 👍🏻

La casa es muy luminosa, las habitaciones muy amplias con todas las comodidades, todas con aire acondicionado. El salón-comedor-cocina tiene 3 aires, se entiende porque prácticamente es acristalado y no tiene persianas ni cortinas. El clima genial, la piscina perfecta. La única recomendación q a quien le guste café de cafetera italiana llevarla. Es cafetera de cápsulas pero perfecta. Hemos estado como en casa.

Excellente semaine chez Marcelo. Lui et sa fille ont été extrêmement bienveillants dès notre arrivée. Le petit panier garni en guise de bienvenue est geste vraiment appréciable. Le logement en lui-même est tout simplement parfait, je n'ai rien à ajouter, tout y est. Et la piscine est un vrai plus. Les supermarchés sont à proximité. Les plages aussi. Le centre de Lisbonne est à 15/20mins en voiture, mais il faut franchir le pont et la circulation peut parfois poser un peu souci. Dans tous les cas, si je reviens un jour à Lisbonne, je reviendrai dans la maison de Marcelo les yeux fermés. Je recommande vivement.

Sonia and simon were great hosts. Very responsive, the house is beautiful. We didn't take time to explore the immediate neighbourhood, but the train station is very close by, probably 1 mile, walkable, with fast and frequent trains into Lisbon. We got an uber a couple of times to Praia Fonta da Telha which was stunning, was about 9 euros. The villa is stunning and the heated pool was great for our kids. All in all a great stay, fantastic access to Lisbon via the train and to the beaches.

Extérieur impeccable pour ce genre de location, soleil, piscine, terrasse, cheminée-barbecue, maison "comme à la maison" avec tout ce qu'il faut pour y vivre, bien équipé en électro ménagé, au calme malgré les chiens "portugais" qui aboient souvent la nuit mais presque pas dans notre cas, calme au niveau voisinage, le marché à 100m de la maison et les supermarchés qui ne sont pas très loin non plus, ma plage préférée (Princesa) à 5mn en voiture..

La maison est parfaite, propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse et décorée avec goût. Notre hôte Marc nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux, il a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Marc est très réactif et a de bons conseils. Il a été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous conseillons les yeux fermés !!! Séjour parfait !!!

Marians home was very spacious and bright, we had a group of 10 so gathering in the open concept kitchen living room was amazing. The house was clean we loved the private driveway and privacy. We did take advantage of the pool one day which was a bonus. Amora is a cute little town and we discovered a beautiful beach and restaurant on the beach front. Only 20 minutes from Lisbon. A hidden gem. We will be back for sure. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay - the place is amazing and the photos don’t do it justice. We stayed with our 2.5 year old and it was perfect for us as a family of three, but we can see it working well for a bigger group as there is so much space. Ana was an amazing host - the best we’ve had, she was so easy to talk to and so helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you!
