So lovely with an amazing views and great set up with all the amenities you need to be very comfortable a a peaceful place with sea otters on occasion right out front and also close to town too! We are so happy with choosing Okiyo’s place highly recommend it and would absolutely choose it again in a heartbeat!

This home was terrific. It had all the comforts of home for our group of 7. The kitchen was completely outfitted! Clean and with lots of spaces for different activities. We loved the cute “towel clip” idea for towels, and the linen closet was stacked with beautiful, fluffy towels. Plenty of coat hooks in the entry. Very nice.

Great location super close to everything. we stayed for a softball tournament just down the road from the fields and the school. house was extremely clean. beds were firm. kitchen had everything we needed. Easy check in and out.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Kodiak at John's place. There were 11 of us and everyone had a comfortable bed or futon to sleep on. We were there for my 30th high school reuion and it couldn't have been more perfect! Thank you again for sharing your awesome house:) Samantha Buell

Great place, very nicely decorated, great location and lots of space. Neighbors were quiet and someone even left their leftover quarters in the laundry.

Christine did an amazing job as host in Michelle’s absence. Super friendly and very responsive to anything we needed. She even surprised me with a homemade loaf of sourdough bread one evening. What a treat! I highly recommend this place if you ever come to Kodiak. I especially loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the view and afternoon sun. What a memorable stay! Thank you!

Steven’s place was perfect for what we needed for a couple nights in Kodiak as we were out and about majority of the time. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with appropriate amenities and even had many seasonings for cooking. Great place to stay. Would stay here again.
