A perfect stay! The accommodation was impeccably clean, everything is new, well arranged, very convenient and extremely comfortable. It immediately feels like home. The host was very welcoming, warm and available, and in addition French speaking, which greatly facilitated communication. I would definitely recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate for you!

We were looking for calm and authenticity and we were served. The house is superb on the outside and even more so on the inside with this beautiful fireplace. We felt at home, the hosts have a big heart and we are happy to share local products and their beautiful region and to please you with small welcome surprises. Our dogs loved the large garden and walks in the forest. Our only regret is not staying longer. Paola is a wonderful person always attentive to us and with impeccable responsiveness. We will definitely be back.

My experience at Filippo's place was simply excellent. Filippo and his family were extremely kind, welcoming and always available for every need, making me feel at home from the first moment. We had a very enjoyable stay at Veronica's place. The arrival was very warm and the cottage was as described. We especially found the veranda to be an added value. The garden is also well enclosed.

We had a very pleasant stay at Lorenzo's Bellavista apartment. Scurzolengo is a nice small village, and the central location of the apartment allows you to fully enjoy the tranquility of the village, with restaurants, bakery and butcher shop within walking distance. The highlight of the accommodation is undoubtedly the view, which can be admired from every environment, giving a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The apartment is furnished with care, the result of quality and good taste restoration, which makes it cozy and comfortable. Lorenzo is a helpful and attentive host, always ready to provide valuable directions to make your stay even more pleasant. A great choice for those looking for an authentic experience in Monferrato!

If you have no problem with parking, there is the possibility of leaving the car in front of the house. I absolutely recommend both the house and the host! :)

In fifty minutes from Milan you are in a paradise: hills, vineyards and Casa Percivalle with a beautiful swimming pool just for you. Silence reigns supreme, only crickets. You feel free and at peace. We stayed as 3 couples of motorcyclists, we had a very good time, beautiful villa. We had some difficulty on the last dirt road outside the property due to the presence of mud and puddles. FABIO was very clear and helpful and his colleague was a great help. Extremely positive rating.

Wonderful charming location with an amazing view. Very good equipped.

This place was a little jewel. A gift hidden in the forrests. The drive up and down was magical each day. Note, you 100% need a car to be able to access the house. But once there, it's everything the listing says and more. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, the beds are made, there are extra towels and napkins, there is wood for the fire, bottles of wine as welcome gifts. And the hosts! So friendly, so helpful, so kind. As a family that enjoyed their privacy, we were very grateful not to have to share the house with the host family. We were there on our own, the entire time. Children can scream and play and run around, with no fear of bothering anyone. The view from the dining room is to die for. This really was a magical find, and at an amazing price too.

Caterina, welcomed us. And we had a great stay. The accommodation is very close to the beach and a convenience store. A little far from the city center but public transport is available very close to the accommodation and the train is a 15-minute walk. The accommodation is very quiet, very peaceful. It was hot but Caterina brought us fans. Thanks for the stay.

We stayed one night at Stefano's property. We had a really good time, very clean spaces, perfect for couples and groups.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. The location was perfect - very walkable to the downtown/water and train station. Sara is a very warm, hospitable host and her responsiveness to questions/texts was excellent. She met us at check in, explained everything there was to know about her place and left us with a list of recommended restaurants in Santa Margarita as well as Portofino. The grounds were beautiful and private, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace. We felt instantly at home! We would definitely stay at Sara's again.

We were greeted by Maria, very kind and attentive to our needs. The house is very comfortable and spacious, it is very well equipped and with many details that make the stay even more pleasant. The village does not have services so you have to move but it is about 10 minutes away from Asti. Everything is excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Ester & Roberto's home. They both met us and showed us around and were super friendly and helpful. The house itself is painstakingly renovated and they've used period pieces, up-cycled items and all of the necessary modern touches to make a comfortable space. We loved the location and it served as a base while we explored this area of Italy. We highly recommend a stay with Ester & Roberto; it's a once in a lifetime chance to share old world charm with comfort and convenience.
