Farmstay vacation rentals in Alentejo

Wir waren zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendlicher) für 10 Tage zu Gast bei Joana. Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft ruhig und friedlich abseits von allem Trubel, noch schöner, als es die Bilder erahnen ließen. Toll ist, dass unser Sohn sein eigenes Reich bewohnen konnte- etwas abseits von unserem Appartment. Joana ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, die uns mit praktischen und vor allem schönsten Ausflugs-Tipps und Restaurants etc. versorgte und jederzeit ansprechbar war. Wir haben einen Mix aus Ausflügen in verschiedene Städte (Lissabon, Setubal u.a. und Strandtagen gemacht und waren auch mal nur am Pool des Hauses. Wir danken Joana von Herzen (und ihrer Fsmilie) für die schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen, wenn es nicht so weit entfernt wäre….!

We had such a wonderful time at Manuel’s place. He was so welcoming and the apartment and pool were gorgeous. So peaceful and located in the heart of the algarve. We explored all along the coast and mountains from Monchique to Ria Da Formosa - which we highly recommended. Thank you!

My husband and I recently stayed at the house as we were in Portugal for a wedding. As keen runners, we chose this spot as it was close to supermarkets and some really amazing restaurants, but also right by the park for exploring and some beautiful trails. It is a great base for running/hiking and not too far from the beach either. The house itself is very traditional and simple but that’s exactly why we chose it. It’s completely private, but close enough to walk for dinner (under an hour to several places in foot) or a short drive, so not a mission to pop out for anything. It has a cute garden and even deck chairs to enjoy the sun if you don’t want to lay on the grass. Pedro couldn’t be more helpful. From recommendations of trails, to being flexible with checking in/out he made everything about the booking a breeze and we’d love to return one day!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Vale da Palha! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön gelegen – mitten im Grünen – und es gab unglaublich viel Platz im Garten zum Entspannen und Verweilen. Ein absolutes Highlight! Unsere eigene Terrasse lag den ganzen Tag in der Sonne, perfekt zum Frühstücken, Lesen oder einfach zum Genießen der Ruhe. Die Unterkunft war perfekt ausgestattet, es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt – alles, was wir gebraucht haben, war da. Die Lage ist ruhig und man braucht für die Umgebung ein Auto, aber man kann sich auch wunderbar die Zeit im riesigen Garten von Xander vertreiben. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die fünf Hühner, die uns regelmäßig besucht haben – genauso wie die freundlichen Katzen und Hunde auf dem Grundstück. Wir denken gerne an diese schöne Zeit zurück und können einen Aufenthalt hier nur wärmstens empfehlen! ☀️🐓

Excelente local para passar um período de férias: piscina a porta; rodeado pelo campo e por animais. Espaço tranquilo e embora tenha várias casas, todos os visitantes extremamente respeitadores de cada espaço.

What a beautiful place to stay. we had a lovely 3 night stay at Ruben's house. Communication with Ruben was very good and respons always prompt. The house itself is well equiped and the highlight is (for us) the fantastic pool. The rooms are big and clean.

My friends and I had an incredible few days at the Farm House- surrounded by lemon tree’s and vines the house is private, beautifully decorated with a gorgeous secluded pool all which was even better in person than in the photos! The host was friendly and responsive before and throughout our stay and provided helpful recommendations for surrounding vineyards and shops. We would definitely come again!

We - 3 adults and a two year old - had a great relaxing time in the lovely house of Jonathon and Sandra. Plenty of space inside, everything at hand. It felt like a home away from home. The land/garden around the house was very spacious, with a nice big (a bit cold at this time of year) pool, nice garden furniture, a cosy dining area and for my daughter a great playground. In the quiet area around the house, mostly national reserve park, we could do a fun activity every day. With as topper the Safari park and the beach at Comporta for a luxury lunch and beach of Santa Andre for a relaxing day. Highly recommended for those wanting a relaxing holiday with family or dear friends.

Esta casa é uma verdadeira jóia, experiência impecável, desde a natureza exuberante até a qualidade do azeite oferecido aos hóspedes. E como se não bastasse ainda nos ofereceram alguns itens essenciais para o café da manhã além de um pão delicioso que chega de manhã durante a estadia.A Mariana foi muito gentil e nos ajudou com tudo que foi solicitado. Eu e meu namorado amamos tudo e queremos retornar muitas e muitas vezes.

What a peaceful and lovely place. I was greeted by the hosts upon arrival and got a tour of the property, including meeting the friendly animals. Then I got to take a fresh salad right from the garden! In the morning, there were sheep accompanying me up the driveway, and the night skies were great for stargazing. If you’re looking to get away from it all with formidable hosts, kill no further.

Wow what an amazing stay! Luis was an incredible host who welcomes you as you arrive. The place was beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, and there were bonuses like fresh eggs and bread awaiting us. This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The attention to detail inside the house makes you feel right at home. There is everything you need to cook, sleep well, and relax. And looking out at the countryside view was peaceful and relaxing. We even went out to see the chickens getting fed one morning. And made a salad from lettuce from the garden! We definitely give this 10/10. Thank you Luis for giving us a stay to remember! 🙏🏼

Foi das melhores estadias que tive, contamos voltar. Éramos um grupo de 8 casais e duas crianças, passámos um fim de semana maravilhoso e relaxante. A casa da Susana tem tudo o que é preciso, e nem sabíamos que necessitávamos, para uma estadia espectacular. Um dos pormenores a que demos bastante valor, foi existirem copos/copos de vinho para a piscina/exterior. A propriedade estava super limpa e tem estacionamento com sombra. A casa tem toalhas para a piscina e a cozinha está totalmente equipada. Susana tem preparado uma lista de indicações sobre restaurantes, praias, chefes que vão a casa.. Uma atenção espectacular, obrigada! Quem nos recebeu foi a Sra. Sónia que é um miminho de pessoa, a quem agradeço muito a simpatia e atenção. Contamos voltar e aconselho, imenso, a casa da Susana! One of my favourite AirBnBs I've stayed in!! Joao was extremely responsive and helpful, the house is even better than depicted, everything was perfectly clean and brilliant for a big group. the bathrooms and bedrooms especially all felt clean and modern, and the pool was just lovely. great to have privacy yet be so close to the city center! I honsetly couldn't reccomend this place more 🙏 Thank you for a lovely stay!

Passamos uns dias maravilhosos! A Maria (e a sua familia) foram muito simpaticos e acolhedores. Conseguimos desligar da correria da cidade e recarregar baterias. Recomendo e esperamos voltar um dia.

Stayed for 7 nights and the villa was exceptional in everyway. Private and accommodation was top quality with a beautiful heated pool. Car is essential. Host was very helpful.

This property is an absolute must-stay. We stayed at 4 different properties during our 11-day trip to Portugal, and Casa No Campo was the highlight of our experience. Not only is the property gorgeous, but there is so much to do on the grounds alone—like forage herbs and produce, walk around the gardens, soak in the hot tub, read a book in the living and watch the sunset, cook a meal in the beautiful kitchen and dine in the greenhouse, interact with the sweet Campo chickens and kitties. It's the perfect place to unwind, take it slow, and live sustainably. Dean was so responsive, thoughtful, and helpful to us, from the time we booked and throughout our stay. We even scheduled an in-home couples massage by Shelly, per his recommendation. To top it off, the surrounding areas of Azenhas Do Mar and Colares are breathtaking and perfectly quaint. The property is a minute's walk from stunning views and local delights. Don't think, just book this spot already <3

A casa fica ao lado do Castelo de Vide. muito bem reformada e caracterizada. Cama confortável e cozinha bem equipada. Lindo jardim para um café da manhã Recebemos muitos mimos de boas vindas. A nossa estadia foi simplesmente fantástica! Éramos um grupo grande e, ainda assim, tudo correu na perfeição. A casa estava impecável, super bem equipada e não nos faltou absolutamente nada. Sentimo-nos todos em casa desde o primeiro momento. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa, cheia de momentos inesquecíveis. Sem dúvida, recomendamos vivamente e mal podemos esperar para voltar!

Karin's home was absolutely amazing! The decor, the comfortable beds, the amazing pool, everything was perfect!! It really felt like the Airbnbs I stayed in 10+ years ago, before it became a profession to turn cheap homes into Airbnbs. Stay here, you won't regret it!
