Nice house with pool in Alafors

Nice house in Alafors, just outside Gothenburg. Large with room for the whole family, both in the house and in the pool (not winter time) of about 25 square meters. Barely 3 miles with car to Central Gothenburg, or 22 minutes with the commuter train from Nol which is 2.5 km away. Huge living room and spacious kitchen. Large balconies with several dining areas. Large trampoline on the grounds. 5 bedrooms, plus any extra beds. For young people, there is a private creep into a stand-alone house with TV, video games, air hockey as well as indoor tape and board games.

Bright and fresh accommodation on the LOWER floor with large windows and stunning views. Private entrance & comfortable patio with both morning sun and sunset to enjoy . Peaceful countryside environment with good and fast connections into Gothenburg. By train from Älvängen you will take you in 25 min to the central Gothenburg. There is proximity to a golf course and lovely nature to be in. Many horse farms with nice horse trails to stroll on just outside the house. On a mountain in the heart of gray nest you will find this gem with everything needed for a wonderful holiday. Here you live in the middle of nature, right by a lake but with all the amenities you could possibly need. In the nearby area, there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, including a magical view of Lake Mjörn. It takes about 10 minutes to walk. Only 5 minutes walk to the grocery store. The house is fully equipped with terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture.

Bring the whole family to this homey place with lots of room for fun. There is plenty of space here both inside and out. For those interested in nature, the many walking paths directly adjacent to offer many lovely experiences. The city center with shops and a few restaurants is at a short walking distance. Several swimming lakes within a few minutes by car or a short bike ride away. The car you park smoothly in the attached garage or in the large driveway.

Fantastic Rest with hot tub in Älvängen! Close to forest and swimming lakes, only 25 minutes to Gothenburg. Very child friendly area. Deck with dining area, couch, gas grill and charcoal grill. 3 bedrooms with three double beds, one single bed for junior. 2 showers, changing table. Washing Machine, Clothes dryer, Office area. Congratulations parking space for 4 cars directly outside the house.
