Great lodge with good facilities. I had read another review about the size of the towels, especially if using the hot tub so we took our own. Other than that everything was fab.

We had a wonderful stay at Peter's place! It had everything we needed and more (including breakfast food, milk, tea and coffee!), and the space was comfortable and clean. We felt right at home and loved how peaceful the surroundings were. Highly recommend!

We had such a fantastic stay and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, well looked after and the chalet was equipped with more than you could need. Everything was thought out to give guests the best experience and there was a lovely welcome basket to give an extra special touch.The location was perfect with a nature reserve and lovely park within a few minutes walking distance. Would recommend over and over, will be staying again!

We had a lovely weekend at Walton on the Naze. The apartment is extremely clean, cosy and homely. The location is excellent, close to the beach and High Street.

Staying here has been a true pleasure and brought me a sense of peace. This flat is a real gem - beautifully arranged and exceptionally well-appointed. It had everything I needed and more. The location is fantastic, the home is serene, and the host was fabulously thoughtful and considerate. I highly recommend this place!

We were greeted by the lovely Teresa who was super helpful and friendly! The stay was just what we needed close to the Suffolk Show grounds as we were attending the following day! She had great details about the show which really helped us! The accommodation was great, it was super clean and just like the photos! Had a lovely nights sleep to set us up for the following day! Comfy bed/bedding. Welcoming hosts. Hot shower. Good privacy. Everything i needed in the kitchen. Good WIFI. A well curated guest book of local amenities. Will stay there again.

This is a tastefully furnished beautifully decorated home. It was also spotlessly clean. It’s only a 15 minute walk into Beccles. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

Me and my partner, wanted a little peacefully and cozy getaway and this is exactly what we wanted and more, felt like right at home, very cozy and welcoming, would definitely recommend and would definitely come back in the future thank you Christina and the wine and biscuits went down a treat very kind of you, amazing stay and definitely a great peaceful retreat, and furry friends welcome too. beautiful cottage all in all it was just what we wanted and were looking for.

We had the greatest stay at The Beach Donkey (and Dinkey). Amazing location, right on the high street as well as being super close to the beach. The property matched the photos perfectly, there was lots of space and we were made to feel very welcome. It feels like the hosts have thought of everything and really care about their visitors having a wonderful stay. Communication was great throughout, would love to visit again.

Compact , simple accommodation in a quiet rural location. Linda couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Great location for a short trip to Southwold and other coastal towns in that area.

We stayed at Emma’s house for a long Bank Holiday weekend to celebrate a friends wedding. The house was perfect for us as a group of 6 adults and it was in a great location for town. We have a fabulous stay!!

We loved our stayed at Gary’s place. Spotless clean and spacious rooms with soft linen, clutter-free kitchen. Gary was a great host who made our stay was comfortable. The area is so peaceful and garden space is absolute hidden gem. We were provided with fresh bread, milk even butter & jam🥰 i can highly recommended Gary’s place.

Beautiful, comfortable cottage with amenities and locations quite close by (via car). Outdoor seating was welcome on one afternoon when it was warm enough to sit outside. The bed was SO comfortable, and we slept very well. Peaceful, even though next to A12. I’m a light sleeper but was kit disturbed. The cottage had everything we needed, except I think an iron would be a good addition (which Lorna knows about!). We had a lovely time and would stay here again.

Daisy and Joe's place was such a beautiful converted barn, we stayed there with our 3 dogs. There was loads of space inside and out. The walks on the grounds are georgeous, going through fields and going down to the beach area which our dogs loved. Such a lovely relaxing place to be it was just what we needed. I can't think of a better place to of been if your looking for a relaxing break. Thank you Daisy and Joe you have a wonderful place. Paula and Kevin.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

The place was honestly really really cool, wish we could’ve stayed slightly longer! Had a wonderful time.

Jem was super helpful and responsive from the moment we enquired about her apartment right through to booking, check-in and check-out. She was also really accommodating of our young child making sure the apartment was safe for a ‘crawler’, also rearranging some of the furniture to make it buggy friendly. Jem really was the perfect host! The apartment itself was immaculate and exactly as described. The location was second to none, perfect for exploring all Norwich has to offer by foot. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Norwich.

I had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Peter’s beautiful and quirky place for my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. The home was full of character, immaculately presented, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heavy duvets made for a cosy and restful night’s sleep. Everything was so well thought out, and it really felt like a home away from home. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for any occasion. Highly recommended!
