It has 4 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom, 3 double bedrooms on the 1st floor and one double on the ground floor. All bedrooms have ocean views, the ground floor one due to its location has reduced visibility of the beach. The house is located in Vilanova, a very quiet rural area. Access within 1 minute walk of several of the best beaches in the Ria de Aldan. (Areabrava, o foxo, Rabans, etc) The Aldan Estuary has the cleanest waters and the best temperature in the area. The house has a large garden with sea views.
