Very organized, safe, extremely clean, spacious, very cozy house, close to the beach, with other leisure options such as a pool table, in addition to the excellent swimming pool with whirlpool and waterfall. Super quiet neighborhood. We were greeted by Mahmud and Silvana, excellent people. We were 12 people, no one had anything to complain about, only compliments.

A sleeping area is centered around a wooden bed adorned with a green and patterned bedspread. Three decorative pillows are arranged at the head of the bed. Light-colored curtains frame the window, complemented by green drapes. A wooden dresser is visible in the corner.

Amazing house, just like the pictures. A wonderful outdoor area, an amazing pool, super clean. Very comfortable rooms, the room is an invitation to reunite the family. We were all delighted with the place. Super complete kitchen and air-conditioned house.

Great stay. We stay in 3 adults and days children, and we all feel great. The house has the pool and the barbecue area, which bring one more shape. The house is new, with mattresses, pillows, furniture, etc., all new ones. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking.

We had a wonderful experience at this house in the condominium by the beach. The place is perfect for those looking for tranquility, comfort and proximity to the sea. The house is super well-equipped, with emphasis on the rooms, which have excellent air conditioning, ensuring very comfortable nights of sleep. Ivete, the host, was super attentive and always willing to help with everything we needed to solve any problem quickly and efficiently. It really made a difference in our stay, always available to make sure our experience was the best possible. The location is amazing, with direct access to the beach, ideal for those who like to relax or practice outdoor activities. We'll definitely be back another time! I recommend it too much!

My third time in Guaratiba and the second time staying with Wilson and his wife. Excellent hosts. Caring and very attentive. The super clean and well-equipped house. Everything works out great. The pool was cleaned every day. I'll be back as soon as I can. Thank you. Super recommended.

I arrived on Thursday afternoon and left on a Monday morning. The stay is great, it has air-conditioning in all rooms, well structured. The only thing we had a little difficulty with was entering the condominium. There are two entrances: one for condominium residents and another for external people (our case) Our entrance was further ahead, but this information was passed on because we asked a resident, as it was our first time there. Everything else was great 👍

Andrea's and André's house provided all our needs for a family outing! We were greeted with great affection by the two who were waiting for us to pass all the instructions and recommendations! Everything clean and organized. A fully equipped, air-conditioned house in both rooms, complete kitchen with utensils and appliances! The house is located in a secure condominium with easy access to the beach, restaurants and stalls! There is a grocery store right at the entrance and access to the condominium in front that has more options of restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream and etc. The psychina was clean and nice! It was a good experience and we will certainly return! Excellent communicative hosts and always willing to help and guide us!

New place to stay

Prado-Bahia, best residential.

I loved hosting! Mr. Luís and his wife were very attentive and welcoming. The house is great, comfortable, well-equipped and close to the beach, which made everything even better. I felt super comfortable during the entire stay. I'll definitely be back again!

Duplex with pool, 200 meters from the beach!

From the beginning of our location, we were very well served. The hostess always answered us quickly, being proactive all the time and always seeking to help us. The place is exactly like in the pictures and exceeded our expectations, the duplex is excellent and very spacious, the pool area is wonderful we swim every day after the beach. Although there are 7 houses at no time had any discomfort with other guests, the environment is familiar and very quiet. The villa is close to a very beautiful beach (new Prado) with several stalls. The house is 3 minutes by car from the bottle alley, where it is the nightlife of Prado with many dining options. We will definitely get back to Prado and stay at the Moura Residential!

New place to stay

Esmeralda Guaratiba Apartment

We spent in this place, Dona Noélia who received us was a love of a person, and the very nice Jamilly, always available when we needed it. The apartment is in a super, hyper, mega tranquil condominium, with swimming pool, hiking trails, bakery, groceries, pizzerias, hamburgeries, good restaurants around and incredible beaches. The equipped kitchen, we miss nothing, and the impeccable cleaning. But I leave a tip, the grocery store, the bakery, the sale from inside the condominium have high values, but they have supermarkets in the surroundings with affordable prices. Dona Noélia and Jamilly our family thanks for such cordiality and affection towards us. God bless! 🙌💞

The stay at Reginaldo's house was excellent. Reginaldo was very attentive, made us super comfortable and even gave us a toast for our breakfast. The condominium is quiet, great for families with children. Anyway, it was wonderful.

The house is very new and it was a wonderful stay, the hosty answered us super quickly. The house is bigger than it looks on the pictures and super spacious, the beautiful and very tasty common area. Just need some utensils in the kitchen and bring bedding and towel!

The house met all our expectations (which were very high lol). When we booked it had no reviews yet, as the house is brand new. All equipped with the best quality utensils and appliances, clean linens and beautiful decor. We brought our bed linens from home and only used our bath towels, as the house's were impeccable. Everything was very organized. I felt right at home. In the condominium next door there are markets, restaurants, snack bars and beach huts within easy reach. Irayana and Katia were super helpful in assisting us with whatever was needed. We will certainly recommend the house, as we liked it very much!

Josely's Bungalow is an excellent environment for the family, everything is clean, cozy and close to the beach... I loved it, I'll be back in 2025!!!
