The apartment has a private underground parking lot included in the price. To go to the city center you need a transport, there are bus stops about 5 minutes walk. It takes 30-40 minutes to get to downtown by bus. By car about 15-20 minutes. The lines that best communicate with the center is 27 and 28. To go downtown you need a drive, car or bus. The apartment does not have a TV.
