Perfect location, very close to the sea and a quarter of an hour from the center. The house perfectly reflected the description and we had no trouble finding parking. In particular, Spartacus, the owner's son, was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Michela was fantastic, we had a problem with the water heater upon our arrival and she promptly found a solution for us by paying us one night in a hotel next to the house, and also refunded us the first night of our reservation. Host accurate in directions and quick to respond. Nothing to object to.

A small dream apartment, simple but clean and tidy. There is everything you need, especially a balcony on the marina where you can get lost... small beach in front of the house and directly on the long harbor near shops and restaurants. The owners have provided us with all the useful information for the stay including tips on what to do and where to eat...everything is perfect! Definitely an experience to do again! Never found an apartment so equipped with every comfort and every accessory. It was like being at home. It's not at all obvious to receive so much attention! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and really has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The surroundings are fabulous, and it is located in a well-connected area but still quiet and relaxing. Super recommended! Too bad we were only there for a few days, but I hope to be back soon! 😄 In addition, the hosts are super responsive and available for any need/request. Thanks Sara & Sere!

We loved our time at L’Assolata! It’s a beautiful spot, within close driving distance to many towns in Tuscany such as Pienza, Siena, Sarteano, and Montepulciano. It’s a bit farther away from Lucca, Volterra, and San Gimignano - so just plan for longer drives if your itinerary includes these places. It’s a serene place to both relax and explore. The views are INCREDIBLE! Even though the weather was cold and rainy a lot during our time there, we had a nice day sitting by the pool and it was the best! It’s just down the hill from the village of Radicofani. We loved walking around there and going to the bakeries and butcher shops. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated, and just as described. Sara was very helpful! We had the best time and hope to return again someday!

Lorenzo's hospitality positively amazed us: the accommodation is extremely functional, modern, quiet and spacious and Lorenzo also prepared bowls and a towel for our dog. Our furry friend also had a large garden available and we were able to reach both Punta Ala and Follonica on foot via beaches and long shaded paths. I definitely recommend this experience to everyone.

This was the perfect place to stay in Montepulciano! Breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape and a quick 3-4 minute walk to the main part of the town. Nico and Elena were excellent hosts and directed me to a parking lot a quick walk from the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and I’d recommend it to anyone coming to Montepulciano!

Lovely accommodations and a very nice and responsive host who got us checked in within a few hours of booking. Very convenient location with great restaurants nearby.

Thank you had a wonderful “ mini- break” - everything was tip top and the flat is super clean, warm, cosy and comfortable. We were greeted by our friendly host who had provided a welcome snack of biscuits and home made cakes. He also left a supply of teas and coffee pods. If you have a car and are interested in history ( from Etruscan through Roman to Renaissance ) there are endless places to see. We are very much looking forward to coming back!

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

This is an idyllic place. The owners and manager were very kind and responsive. The space is modern while also being comfortable - great beds, showers, and a very functional kitchen (we cooked dinner every night). We were traveling with a 1 year old and everything was well suited for her. I will dream about the pool - that really makes the property. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

This was an excellent experience. The host (Alex) was very friendly and welcoming, and a wealth of information about what to do in the area. The apartment was beautifully crafted, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything you needed. I had a small issue and Alex fixed it immediately. The pool area is fantastic and a walk down the valley through the vineyard is highly recommended. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Elias is the best host we have encountered in all our travels. He will meet you on arrival, help unload the car and give you all the local recommendations. It was very helpful! His place is amazing, even better than the pictures. Very clean, spacious and great furniture. It is a short walk up the hill to old town which we visited most days to experience the great restaurants, views and wine! I couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks Elias!
