Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Casa Fernando, charming loft in an open space, from floor to ceiling, on two levels, a short walk from the historic center of Bologna, a 15-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, and a 5-minute walk from the train station. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms, and a private entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

It is on one level with a large outdoor space dedicated to our guests equipped with an oven and barbecue for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen.
