L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

From the spacious garden you can admire the Rocca Bentivolesca and Bologna. Free parking, garden, barbecue, free wi-fi, air conditioning, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, separate entrance. Possibility to taste typical products of the area such as balsamic vinegar and marmalades of own production. Welcome to our place!

Casa Fernando, charming loft in an open space, from floor to ceiling, on two levels, a short walk from the historic center of Bologna, a 15-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, and a 5-minute walk from the train station. Unique place! 2 double beds, one on the ground floor, one on the mezzanine. It will give you the opportunity to experience magical days with the utmost privacy. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms, and a private entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

Beautiful courtyard apartment set in over 20 acres - the location is just right for relaxing, and eating some of the best food in Italy. If you love mountain biking or hiking this is perfect. We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Charming, newly renovated two-room apartment located in the historic center. Parking is available near the house (in the blue lines) with a daily permit at a cost of €7 per day. Alternatively, you can walk to the Kennedy covered parking lot in 10 minutes. The house is located within the historic center but outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL)
