This was the perfect base for our visit to Venice. The apartment was just as shown in the photos, it was very clean, tidy and secure and had everything we needed. Parking was also great and secure. The bus stop was an 8 minute walk to get the bus to Venice so it was a great location to be away from the tourists but still easy access to the city. Overall we were very happy!

Pietro was a wonderful host with a wonderful apartment right on the canal. Everything was as described and he was flexible with us arriving early, which we appreciated very much! The unit was beautiful The local recommendations were great. He helped arranged a water taxi, checked on us and even reached out about a lost and found item. Will absolutely stay again. Hostitelka byla velmi hodná a reagovala pohotově, umožnila dřívější check in, všechno bylo v pořádku, dům moc pěkný, přesně pro naši větší výpravu, kousek zastávka MHD, blízko restaurace i obchod. Byli jsme nadšeni, jen jsem čekala parkování na pozemku, ale museli jsme parkovat na ulici. Niméně klidně bychom se ubytovali znovu 😊

This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

Great stay! Spacious with an ornate high ceiling and good layout. Spent entire days on the deck watching all the different types of boats navigate together as the Grand Canal squeezes down to curve under the Rialto Bridge. The adjustable awnings provide shade as the sun set each day. Very historical feeling, knowing people have been watching that view for over a thousand years, incredible! As a logistical note for seniors, the steps are well done, carpeted, wide, and well-lit with good handrails.

This was a fantastic home base for my daughter and I to make day trips from. Very quiet and serene environment. The views from the patio were incredible. We hope to be back again. Nicola is so nice and helpful in recommending places to go.

Der Gastgeber (Cristian) war unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich, was meinen Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte. Das Zimmer war nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch gemütlich eingerichtet, was meinen Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis machte. Ich kann diesen Bauernhof wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!"

L'appartamento è molto confortevole e spazioso, ben attrezzato e molto pulito. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma ben servita da supermercati e locali. Il centro della città è facilmente raggiungibile con una tranquilla passeggiata in poco più di 20 minuti. L'host è stato molto cortese.

The apartment was perfect for us and our two children. The rooms were wonderful - clean and uncluttered. The location was ideal - short walk from bus stations, out of the way of the crowds but accessible to the city. Would highly recommended.
