We had a great time at Le Petit Nid once again. The house was clean and spacious and being 3, we each had our own bathroom. The house is located on the edge of a stream that gives a feeling of tranquility. The very cute house is located in an ideal location for our various getaways in the area. Sarah always responds very quickly to requests.

We were with four people at the Paragliding on site. The house is brand new and modernly furnished. Amenities such as a small guest gift, towels or spices, coffee and dishwasher tabs were on site. We felt comfortable. Everything was clean and well appointed! The private terrace invites you to enjoy the view of the mountains in beautiful weather. However, a car should be available; then you can reach Albertville in less than 10 minutes.

We arrived after a long hike and felt immediately welcome. Orphée gave clear directions with pictures, so it was easy to find the house and parking spot. The room is small but exactly like in the photos – charming, stylish, and quiet. You can only hear birds singing in the morning, which is lovely. Even without air conditioning, the thick walls kept it pleasantly cool on a warm summer day. The bathroom was clean and everything worked perfectly. Our favourite part was the beautiful garden, where we grilled in the evening. Everything was prepared – we didn’t need to bring charcoal or wood. The cozy table with lights and candles made it a magical experience. Highly recommended!

I had a great time at Nadine and Michel's. Very nice welcome from Nadine and Michel, with the very good pancakes made by Nadine, as a small welcome gift. Available and full of good tips to enjoy and discover the area at its best. Accommodation is quiet and clean, it has everything you need.

The place was absolutely wonderful! It was very peaceful and quiet. The town was walkable. Laurence was kind enough to offer transportation whenever we needed it and she helped us navigate the French train system and setting up restaurant reservations. The place was very clean. The hot tub and sauna were nice as well and very private! She made the experience of being in France very authentic; she definitely went above and beyond a typical AirBNB host.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. The host was responsive and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The space was exactly as described, with all the amenities we needed. We felt right at home and enjoyed our time exploring the area. Highly recommend this gem!

Stunning vista, great jacuzzi, easy parking in front

Nice apartment (clean and modern inside) with a lake view. I can imagine the fireplace must be nice if going in the winter / after skiing. And the terrace would be very nice in the summer as it’s large and has a nice view. As I happened to be there during off season (early May) and it was raining, I was especially happy to be able to use the sauna just 1 floor below the apt. If you use it, make sure to bring 3-4 one-franc coins (can get some at the store a few houses down on the Main Street), and give it about 40 min on switch option B. Was great for some down time in the mountains!

Very nice accommodation, tastefully decorated and accessorized. Well-equipped. Clean. With small private garden equipped for eating and resting. In the village center. Parking is available in front. Very good.

It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!

We had a great time in Talloires, in this beautiful apartment on the ground floor with breathtaking views and which makes rainy or gray days spectacular too because the view is always beautiful. The surroundings of the lake are superb, and Annecy is 20 minutes away. Thoughtful and responsive hosts! Recommended!

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a great time in Annecy and partly thanks to Guillaume's accommodation. Close to Annecy city center, we were able to visit Annecy and its surroundings. The accommodation was very well arranged and very convenient. Thanks again! I would 100% recommend this listing.
