Mirsie è super cordiale e attenta e nel suo spazioso appartamento con due bei bagni, tutto era pulitissimo e bello. La zona ci è sembrata tranquilla e anche se la stazione non è vicinissima, non è neanche troppo lontana. In primavera con una gradevole passegiatta sei già lì. C'è anche la fermata del bus molto vicina e diversi negozi e ristoranti in zona. Senza dubbio un bel luogo dove soggiornare 👍 👍 👍

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est parfait , propre , spacieux, tout le confort, l'environnement calme et une vue sur la lagune et un couché de soleil exceptionnel. Si vous voulez des vacances reposantes dans un cadre enchanteur, je vous conseil avec en prime une plage privée et sauvage avec très peu de personnes que nous rejoignons en bateau à 50m de l'appartement . Merci à Tommaso pour sa disponibilité et réactivité, ainsi qu'à Litzi pour l'accueil. Je vous conseil cette location proche de Chioggia ( magnifique) ainsi que la superbe VENISE. 10 étoiles 🌟 👌

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Giovannis Appartement. Er ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sich wirklich sehr gut um seine Gäste kümmert. Er hat uns mit dem Auto von der Fähre abgeholt und am letzten Tag auch wieder hin gebracht, weil es so geregnet hat. In der Wohnung wartete ein Teller voller wundervollen Obst auf uns und auch ein paar Kaffetabs für den ersten Morgen waren da. Die Küche war mit allen ausgestattet und auch der Rest der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Appartement liegt sehr ruhig in direkter Strandnähe und ist sehr gut mit dem Bus erreichbar. Man kann sich dort jeden Tag aufs Neue entscheiden, ob man am schönen Strand entlang ins Naturschutzgebiet wandert, auf die Nachbarinsel fährt oder mit dem Vaporetto einen Ausflug nach Venedig unternimmt. Nachdem das Wetter aprilhaft launisch war, haben wir sowohl den schönen Essplatz im Freien, als auch die gut funktionierende Heizung sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Vielen Dank Giovanni für alles!

Fabio’s place is perfect for a trip to Bologna, there are lots of little shops and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Maggiore, bars and restaurants. It is very near to Porta Saragozza, the first of the gates up to the San Luca monastery. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely recommend!

Die Wohnung ist klein und süß, sie liegt direkt an einem schönen Platz mit der Möglichkeit in vielen kleinen Bars einen Aperitivo einzunehmen. Man kann das studentische Flair in der Nähe der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten genießen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt! Das einzige Manko ist, das es in dem Hausflur etwas hellhörig ist. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend :)

This was home away from home- great homemade pastries and coffee included. She had plenty of information about local attractions. A great place to stay.

Oleg is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The room is great, very clean. Also the mattress is nice which isn’t always the case with bnb. The location is also central, walkable to main attractions. Highly recommend.
