Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Alberni-Clayoquot

We loved our stay in Kristen's place - good proximity to the grocery store & restaurants, and close to the lighthouse loop. Easy to find and private, the glass doors that someone else mentioned being a downfall were not an issue for us (and because of them we got to see some deer!). The hot tub was a little hard to find because our first time we went looking in the dark (it's in the deck, with a cover with wood the same colour as the deck itself), but Kristen clarified and the next day we found it and enjoyed having access to it.

We had a wonderful time at the treehouse & have already recommended it to others. We loved the atmosphere, so peaceful and relaxing. We loved the wrap around porch with the fire pit and the shower room was incredible. The only two things I would note are 1) The laundry room for the property, including other units, is along the side of the treehouse. There was no noise issues, however it does take away slightly from the overall privacy. 2) The loft stairs are steep and slippery. They could use some grip for safety. And just be mindful of the last step at the top of the loft stairs going up from the living room, just before the landing, as the gap is bigger than the other steps. It can throw you off as you’re going up or coming down. Overall we loved our stay and its location. We were able to walk to the public beach access point.

The house is immense but also cozy at the same time. It’s private but also very close to shops, restaurants, and beaches. It’s very modern but still embodies the Pacific Northwest. It has all the luxuries of a resort but large enough to host 1 or two families. Thanks for the awesome experience.

Just spent an amazing weekend at The Spot. The home was everything we expected and more with serene forest views out every window. Tons of room for the 6 of us and the location was perfect, a short 5 min walk to Cox Bay and 10 min drive to town. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and spa like bathrooms. There's lots of games and books for a rainy day in, warm hottub perfect for warming up after surfing and a great firepit. Anders is a great host, quick to respond to a couple of questions we had and clear instructions for check in, out, etc. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. The location can't be beat! At high tide the birds and seals are so close, it is almost like being on a boat...without the rocking! While the location is the most outstanding feature of this B&B, that is not to say everything else wasn't great too, it was. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, incredibly quiet, and had top-notch amenities that made our visit even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—close to Tofino and just a short drive to beautiful nearby beaches. It was the ideal spot for both relaxation and exploring the area. The host was fantastic—very attentive and responsive, ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Great cottage style accommodation! Easy to find and quiet location. Everything I needed for my 2 night stay in Tofino. Everything was well appointed if you need to do a bit of cooking, surf shower, cozy electric fireplace and comfortable bed. I would recommend Harold and Melody's listing for a couple or single person that didn't mind not being on the ocean. It's close to beaches, eateries and biking and walking path. Highly recommend!

I had a great and peaceful stay—very quiet and relaxing. The only downside is that the unit doesn’t have a shower. While this is mentioned in the description, it’s a bit unusual and easy to miss, as you have to sift through the details to find it. I feel like this place would be absolutely perfect with a small renovation to add a shower-tub combo. Just something to be aware of when booking. Otherwise, everything else was lovely!

100% recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. We braved the hot tub during the torrential downpour and we didn’t regret it one bit. The shower is a little short if you’re over 6 ft, but otherwise, we have no complaints!

Utterly wonderful in every way! A beautiful place with such a lovely atmosphere and felt like a true, laid-back Tofino vibe. The place had everything and more for a really lovely stay - cozy, comfortable and practical. We loved being able to eat in and eat out, enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space and brilliantly set up to accommodate surf action too. Tofino itself is v v special, we loved being in walking distance of Mackenzie beach and the small cafe and outlet area (omg chocolate Tofino Ice creams and choc are something else 💖💖!!) Very easy access to Tofino where we had truly magical tours with Tofino Resort Marina. We are in love with Tofino ❤️💚. Susa and Chris's place is an absolutely perfect base - their beautiful family and way of life permeate every part of their wonderful home. We can't thank you enough for such a wonderful wonderful stay THANK YOU 🇨🇦🇨🇦❤️❤️

If I could give this place and the host 10 stars I would! Even before check in, it was a positive experience. The property and view alone is worth the price. The beds were comfortable, the host goes above and beyond making sure you have everything you need and if you need any help at all she is there. A very friendly, positive, at home feeling. My mom and I were extremely comfortable staying for our weekend trip away. The wildlife was amazing to see! We loved sitting around the fire next to the ocean. I couldn’t believe how clean the place was, stocked with fresh linens and toilet paper if needed. The heated towel rack was a neat detail. You can tell this place has had a lot of love and care put into it. Tons of places to charge whatever you may need, wood stove was wonderful in the unit. We had all the amenities and utilities needed in order to cook great meals! Even stocked nicely with spices, oils, foil, etc. This is my new fav spot and we will be back many times. Had a wonderful stay @ Vanessa and Matt’s. The hosts had great knowledge of food and activities ideas. Super easy communication through this site. Responded instantly to questions but also let us be if need be. We have 2 golden retrievers and place was perfect for pet travellers. Even had a pup pup basket waiting for us. Everything is close by so no not of driving needed. Great fire pit and used the hot tub lots. Is this high end accommodation? No, but for the price and being pet friendly it’s definitely worth a stay.

This accommodation was exactly as advertised. Perfect location very close to Chesterman Beach. The private cabin is bright, clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. All amenities you could possibly need. Cabin is situated in a private wooded setting. Lovely. Would definitely like to stay again when I return to Tofino. Highly recommend

Leanne’s place is a little slice of heaven! If we’re ever so lucky to find ourself back in Ukee it be the first place we check for. The sauna, fireplace, tub, and ocean are just perfect. The kitchen has everything you need for a night in. The property is just amazing.

The Cabin was absolutely beautiful and is in a stunning location - peaceful and quiet and set amongst trees. We were there in winter and we were so cozy and comfortable - Tanya even had the fire going for us when we arrived. It's obvious that a lot of thought and care has gone into making this an easy and relaxing place to stay. The Cabin is very spacious and has multiple spots to sit and enjoy the surroundings, both indoors and out. Tanya was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived, had lots of helpful advice and made us feel really welcome. We were there for two nights and would have loved to stay longer if we could.

Gorgeous cabin on a stunning lake that was wonderful to swim in even in October! The cabin was very comfortable, extremely well equipped and modern. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Michelle and Alan were the best hosts. They were very responsive all the way through, they shared super helpful tips on travel, things to do and really went out of their way to make our stay so great. The cabin is beautiful, really comfortable and cosy. The view is unbeaten - you can sit on the deck or down near the water with the fire. The hot tub was great and there are logs for a fire. The bikes and surf bikes were so fun and made it really easy to get around. Tofino is pretty and has some nice shops and places to eat - the Shed, wolf in the fog, shelter and drift cafe at wickannish inn were all ace. We went for a hike with Alan and Koli which was brilliant - great view! We kayaked with Paddle West who were great and biked up to the Tofino Brewery - all great fun. Great stay, thanks again!
