Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. But the city is all the more beautiful. We are very happy to help with insider tips in various cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.

Host Silvia is absolutely great – kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. She went out of her way to help us with our request for the stay, which we truly appreciate. We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.
