Our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow is located on a 1000 m² sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birches, pines and oaks. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning, when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit with a coffee in the conservatory – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly peace in a natural environment.

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Tussen de Universiteit Twente en Golfbaan Driene. En op loop afstand van het FC Twente Stadion. Het gezellige centrum van Enschede, evenals het centrum van Hengelo zijn met het OV in tien minuten te bereiken. Bij terugkomst in de accommodatie kunt u volop genieten van de privacy en rust en het buitenleven op het landgoed.

Despite the fact that our apartment is in the middle of the center, you will experience an oasis of peace. In consultation, it is possible to have meals cooked for you or to have breakfast provided (€12.50 per person).

Welcome to CortenHuys where you can enjoy peace in a wooded environment but can also enjoy the buzz of the city if wanted. This holiday home was built in 2022 from characteristic CorTen steel. Due to wheather influences the look and feel will change over the years. Located in the rural area of Twente and close to the city Enschede. The border to Germany is marked with ancient border stones and at the end of the road.
