Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Casa Bonari is an independent, non-shared apartment on one level within a villa at the foot of Monticchiello. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. The rooms are furnished in Tuscan style, with restored antique family furniture combined with contemporary elements. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment is surrounded on all sides by a large garden, so all the rooms offer a beautiful view of the countryside.

Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

The apartment is located within the Maremma Regional Park, sea. You will love my place for these reasons: the great location in the heart of the Maremma, the atmosphere, the outdoor spaces.
