Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. The cottage is located 4 km from Castell'Azzara, surrounded by the greenery of an olive grove consisting of 38 olive and fruit trees and surrounded by wooded land and pastures, overlooking the valley offering a breathtaking 180° view starting north with the Fortress of Radicofani until descending towards the west to get lost on the horizon among the Sibillini Mountains. 300 meters from the provincial road, it can be reached by a dirt road.
