Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Ideal starting point for visiting nearby areas such as Cherasco, the “city of snails”; Bra, the capital of Slow Food; Alba, where the international white truffle fair is held every year; and also the beautiful city of Turin.

It is also a real alternative as a workplace! The house is worth a trip in all seasons. The sea and the mountains are around the corner.

Outside, our guests can relax in the private garden and will have a swimming pool (10x4 meters) at their disposal.
