House vacation rentals in Alappuzha Beach

Stay was great. Great location, right by Vembanad lake with views of Pathiramanal island right across you. Lot of good small eateries nearby (20min drive) which had the best fish preparations. Aneesh (the manager) was really helpful and coordinated the food and activities. Tried dosa as breakfast on one day and it was great. It would have been great if living room also had AC.

We had a great stay at the accommodation. Beautiful setting, very peaceful on the waters edge. Host was able to arrange Shikara boat rides and provide guidance on water activities as well as massages. The staff on site were so accommodating and polite. The food prepared by Ajay was very good. I will recommend this place.

I'd booked the place for my friends to stay for my engagement function. Everything was amazing and the house was also pretty great! The management took care of all concerns we had and it was an amazing stay.

An Unforgettable Stay at the Best Airbnb in Cherthala! This place is truly a hidden gem! With a stunning view of the Vembanad Lake, a beautifully maintained swimming pool, and a scenic, peaceful atmosphere, it’s hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The property is extremely well-kept and bursting with charm — from rabbits, swans, ducks, and a pet hamster, to lush fruit trees and a dedicated indoor plant area, nature lovers will absolutely adore it here. Hosts Jose and Borjia were amazing — incredibly welcoming, always available, and genuinely caring. The food prepared by Tommy and his wife was simply outstanding — homely, flavorful, and customizable based on what you ask for. It made the stay feel even more personal and warm. It’s a very private space, perfect for relaxing, and if you’re up for some adventure, you can go for a boat ride or kayak right from the property. This place has everything — tranquility, nature, and quality. I’d recommend it to everyone.

The Vill is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It’s exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. The food in the area is unbelievably affordable, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was spotless and perfect for use, adding to the overall experience. The only area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi, as it didn’t reach the upper rooms very well. Other than that, it’s an amazing place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay at Joseph´s place. Anthony - his help - was available to guide us through to the place. We were 10 of us in a tempo traveller and the road on which the house was - was a bit too small for the tempo. Apart from that all good. We had to park it 100 mts away - which was a minor thing. Overall a decent stay and value for money.

We booked this place for a quite vacation and this place was just that. Though in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and deliveries, it was a very quite and serene place. Just like pictures, the house is beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities. A great plus is the parking space and the privacy of having the whole house to yourself. The host was responsive and was very helpful during our stay. Clear directions were provided to the house and any questions were addressed asap. I would definitely recommend this place for a quite get away or for a family who wants to stay at the heart of the city with peace and quite. I'm looking to coming back here as this place is a gem.

Book the property with no second thought. The best place where you want to spend your weekend with family or friends away from the city hustle. Things to do: Reach the property around late afternoon. Enjoy the sunset and have a great time with all the activities. Try out kayaking and canoeing the next morning, the host will suggest the best places and he will take care of everything. The host, Shiju is super friendly and took good care right from reaching out to the property and till the checkout.

I had an amazing stay at Marari Bellcasa! The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed (with round walls) with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Yesudas was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The location was Perfect for me — as it was close to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I felt right at home and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

The inclusive breakfast was plentiful and filled me up all day and cooked to my personal vegan tastes..nothing was too much trouble for Lili .. Helpful advice from Sreekumar on where to go and how to get there … Will definitely return again.

Our stay was very peaceful and comfortable. The home was clean, and the host was very responsive. We felt right at home. It is located near serene places, and the locals are friendly and warm. It feels like a true connection to nature.

We had a wonderful time at Jesudas's place.He was extremely hospitable and was very flexible with the check in check out time. He gave a lot of local recommendations and helped us plan our itinerary. Mummy who stayed downstairs was warm and welcoming. Gave us a great cup of coffee and we had some great conversation with her. Such a sweet lady! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a cozy place near the Azhapuzha beach

We really enjoyed our stay with Dominic. We had some initial difficulties at the beginning but were able to sort them out quickly and were very satisfied in the end. The location is perfect and really only a jump away from the beach. Dominic is a relaxed and nice guy who recommended a few local things and organised a kayak tour during sunrise.

One of the best accommodation and host I have come across. Joseph John and Mohan Raj were super helpful during our stay. They were kind enough to help us with anything as we were very new the place and arrived quite late. Really appreciable. The hosts will help with shikara boats, kayaking, canoeing and what not… pls visit the place. It’s super cool homestay which I wanted for a long time.

My family and I stayed at this Airbnb for 3 weeks and we really enjoyed our time there! Joseph was a great host, super friendly and he was always around to take care of our needs. The house itself is very homely and clean, and being on the main road we had ease of access to bakeries and other shops. The only drawback we found were some drainage issues with one of the bathrooms, but besides that, we would really recommend this place! Thank you Joseph

We were a family group and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manu's Villa. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the famous Sree Krishna temple and a Devi temple in Thiruvarppu. Walking to the temple at dawn was a truly divine and calming experience. Thiruvarppu itself is a charming village, peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The villa itself was very clean—the rooms, linens, bathrooms, and kitchen were all very well maintained. The villa felt like a true home away from home. Manu was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always just a phone call away. His warm hospitality made us feel well taken care of. We are definitely planning to make this our regular spot whenever we visit again. For longer stays, it would be great to have a caretaker drop by daily to clean, but that’s just a suggestion to make an already wonderful place even better. Overall, it was an exceptional stay that exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to our next visit.
