Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Alanya

As in the photos of the house, it is a house with a great view among the bananas and avocado gardens. Sandy beach, restaurant and grocery store available a 5-15 minute drive. Ideal for an isolated, calm and peaceful holiday in nature. We went with our dog. It was very nice to have a safe walk around the house.

Very important in advance: the accommodation is only recommended if you have a car on site. It is quite high up and you have to drive 3-4 minutes to get up and down. Otherwise we were super satisfied. The house had a beautiful view and terrace. It's very quiet, but you can be anywhere you have to be in 5 minutes drive. Beach, supermarkets, etc. not far away. Since it is a bit difficult to find the property with navigation, we were welcomed by the host at a meeting point, who then drove up to show us the property. Everything was available and the pool was also cleaned several times. Furthermore, the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The language barrier was also not a problem as we simply communicated with Google translators. Everyone went out of their way and we had a great time!!

We stayed for a night for a special celebration with our friends; it was very easy to find with the location. However, for those who want to come to Alanya close to the sea, it is a neighborhood far from the beach. Because on the hill in new residential areas. We went on purpose. The house was brand new and very clean. It was easy to check in; there was no machine to make tea and coffee in the house except for the kettle, but it was immediately provided when we contacted. Because the cafeteria located below is not always open. There is no indoor sitting space anyway, the cafeteria. Having a pool is a great advantage for those who prefer it during the summer. The fact that the house is new and very well cleaned, the decoration will be our reason for choosing everything again.

It's a resort on top of a hill. Very spacious apartment with a nice view. Good gym and other facilities. Make sure you have a car when you come here (or use taxis), since the distance to the town is quite far.

We stayed for 5 nights with my wife and daughter from August 26 to 31. It was a great experience for us. We didn't encounter anything negative in the meantime. It's in a good location. Sea view. Great location to watch the sunset. There's almost everything a home should have. You feel at home. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils in the kitchen section that will allow you to have breakfast and dinner. The pool is large enough and spotlessly clean. Definitely at home. Mr. Taner and his wife are very caring and friendly people. With the wireless projection device provided by Mr. Taner, he was also enjoyable to watch movies and series in the garden. Hope to be back...

Apartment was very good But AC was in living room far from bedroom and it switches off automatically when you leave which is not practical in such heat The apartment is on top of a hill so you should know that it’s fairly easy to go out yet impossible to walk back to the apartment. Unless you are someone in your 20’s and work out daily, it’s not doable. We had to get a taxi every day which was not ideal Everything else was perfect

Me and my wife are very pleased with our visit to Mariia's place. Everything was good and some small details even exceeded our expectations! What we've liked the most: 1. Mariia was very responsive, even with our picky questions. 2. Place itself was good and clean, apartment was equipped with modern household appliances all of which worked great. Everything was ready for a long-time stay, even the small details (like washing detergents, kitchen utencils). Bed sheets and towels were clean and not worn. 3. Living complex was great, gym was fresh and clean. Sauna, massage table and table tennis were brand new. 4. There are a couple of really good restaurants within 10 min walk: Local cafe and Mezza. Same with the foodmarkets (Migros, BIM, Sok).

Anastasia was a very friendly and accommodating host, and was very responsive with some complexities that arose during our stay. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Alanya !

we moved here after a horror hotel and it changed the holiday mood instantly as the apartment was exactly like the photos, the air con was great, everything we needed was there, the tv was smart so could watch our Netflix, the pool was a god send, also Laura answered all questions prompt and precise so we didn't need long conversations. I'd coming to this area again we would definitely stay here without looking anywhere else.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. Every day we cooked food, there was a sufficient number of pans and pots for this. There is a large variety of dishes in the apartment for serving the table. The biggest plus is the magnificent terrace with mountain and sea views, where we regularly gathered for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There are 3 good supermarkets near the house, where you can find groceries for every taste and wallet. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea. Would love to come back to this place again! Thank you!

This is the best apartment i stay in Alanya! So close to the beach!Everyting was there like on the photo. You have everyting you need and you feel like home! Close to city,many restaurant,cafe,shoping. I love it! I recomend and big thank you Natalia and Sergei! Amazing people

What to say, Stella's stay exceeded my expectations. Warm, bright, equipped apartment. Great location: several buses to the city. Several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets just on foot with good value for money. I would recommend Hatay Tadim restaurant and Café Citirim, excellent service and food. The two supermarkets are fine too. The beach next door is beautiful; you can see the sunset. You can see the sea from the balcony too. The couch is comfortable to sleep The outdoor pool only opens in May but there was an indoor pool and the seawater was in good shape even in April The road bothered me at the beginning (the noise from cars) but it's quickly forgotten There are so many things to do in the area, you don't have time to get bored There are even excursions that pick you up from the Airbnb Stella is kind, available, professional and helpful that's for sure, I'll come back to Stella's place

The place is nice. Location is on a "party" side, expect to hear the music at night. Close to the beach and groceries, had few nice bakeries around. Electricity and water bills are charged separately (which is common for Turkey) so read the description of property.

Very nice and beautiful place, clean air, mountains, there are gardens with persimmon, apples, limes, a lot of flowers, everything is kept in a well-maintained condition, there is a place to walk with excellent views of the city, sea and mountains. Very cozy apartment setting, like home, everything is thought through to the smallest detail, everything you need is there (and even more). Marina was available all the time, helped in all matters. A big plus is the opportunity to use the infrastructure of the complex (swimming pools, bath complex, gym). In the main building there is a good restaurant on the 16th floor, very tasty and at reasonable prices, a mini store with everything you need. Of course, with a car it would be much more convenient, but in season there are free shuttles to the beach, and 3 times a day paid bus to the center of Alanya - there are options. We ordered delivery of products from Migros, conveniently. 2 weeks flew by quickly, we were satisfied. Thanks to Marina!
