Family-friendly place our private home; It is at the service of our customers with its large garden, veranda and seafront location. There is a private walking path to the sea. Our house is 50 meters from the main road and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the city center from here. Water sports are very close to the house. There are several small markets near the house. This apartment is totally suitable for those looking for a luxury holiday by the sea!

Surrounding the house and being in a calm location is very useful for people who will come with their pet. Since the location is a little high, you need to have a car, but this offers you a calm and beautiful view. Mr. Sinan was very caring, check-in and checkout was smooth and easy. Thank you for everything, one of the places we will choose again.

Apartment is fabulous very clean and everything you would need. It is approximately 20min walk into town and beach. The road by Apartment is unmade, so very dusty. I would recommend either a car or electric trycycle. There is building works going on so can be noisy. As i only really slept in apartment it was not a problem. Only one plug socket in bedroom, so would recommend taking an extension lead, also a torch for walking in evening. I had a wonderful holiday and loved the apartment.

We had a very comfortable stay for 4 winters. I can say that the price is one of the best in terms of performance. The location was very close to the beach and the grocery store. There was everything in the house except for the minor shortcomings. It was clean and tidy. Mr. Abdullah was also very helpful. She provided flexibility in our checkout time. If you come with peace of mind, my answer will definitely be yes.

Luxury Apartment Close to the Sea and the Center

Lived for 2 months in September and Oct. great location near the beach. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. The apartment is large and spacious. The street is quite quiet, although the kitchen and hall overlook the road. Dishes are huge!The only balcony is low and you need to get used to it (with small children with caution). Neighbors are noisy. The lights from the air conditioners do not turn off so I had to seal with black tape, although the curtains were black out,but they were not until Paul so the light still broke into the room early. There is not enough light in the hall ( you need a bigger chandelier), it's dim in the evening. The hostess is very communicative and pleasant. Check-in through a code lock is quick and cool!

Great apartment equipped with everything that is needed for a longer stay. Location directly above the Yekta Mall on the second floor, so everything can be reached a short distance away. Apartment is still quiet. Indoor pool and sauna are in operation daily. Contact super fast and very precise descriptions, we will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the Twin Apart. The apartment has everything you need. The employees are very friendly and have responded to all our requests. We only wanted to stay three days, but had to extend it to two weeks due to health - thanks to the great apartment, we were able to enjoy this time very much. Glad to come back!

I fell in love with the place right away. Is a very quiet and private place to stay, which I think is great. Owner Mehmet was always available and extremely friendly and helpful. i recommend this home to anyone. This was definitely not my last vacation at the tiny house . The only thing that bothered me was that there was no large mirror and too little chopping for the towels, but these are my luxury problems😊. Everything was perfect .
