Monthly Rentals in Alamudun

It’s a nice apartment in a new residential building that’s not entirely finished yet (construction debris in hallways and stairwells). The host was very upfront about it all and the price couldn’t be matched, so you get what you pay for. I had a positive experience overall. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too.

I liked the place. Everything is just like the pictures. The hostess is very friendly, always available. The apartment is clean, everything works properly. I spent a week in this apartment. I recommend it for accommodation. Next time I will definitely choose this apartment for accommodation.

This place deserves a 6 star and Vadim is an amazing host! Definitely one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed. The apartment is freshly renovated with modern furnishings that create a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. It’s spacious and clean - there’s even a safe box in the bedroom. Location wise it’s a 15 minute walk to Osh Bazaar and you can easily get around the city with e-hailing cars. Bear in mind the apartment is on the fourth floor and there’s no lift the building.
