Monthly Rentals in Alajuela

This is a great place if you're traveling on a budget! We had everything we needed for our stay while we located a permanent home rental. Josue was flexible and good to communicate with. This is a Tico house, so if you're new to Costa Rica, know that means no hot water except the in-line heater in the shower, no screens on the doors, and you shouldn't flush the toilet paper. But all that said, it's a comfortable house in the mountains with incredible views, and the cows are a bonus. We would recommend it to our friends!

Great location. Close to the SJO airport and many other local businesses and restaurants that may be attractive to those passing through this part of Costa Rica.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Costa Rica for a month and a half! The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described—if not better. From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive to anything I needed. You can really tell they care about their guests’ experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the space felt like a peaceful retreat after each day’s adventures. I can’t recommend this place enough and would happily stay here again.
