The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

A very cozy, quaint spot, and close to everything! Milton recommended great spots, and was very quick to respond and gave clear instructions. Would definitely look into staying again if coming back into the area.

This place was outstanding. I loved the community and all it had to offer. The community is quiet and the people are super nice. The pool area made you feel like you were at the pool of someone rich. It had a grilling area, with mini fridges, flat screen tv’s, bar area, pool table, racket ball area and plenty of pool side chairs, with a nice fitness room. Everyone who lives in the community has open access to this area. There’s a 7-11 within walking distance. The apartment had a screened in patio area, which I fell in love with. The bathroom was large enough for multiple people to move around. Bedroom was nice and cozy, with the most comfortable bed. I loved it had a full size washer and dryer with detergent provided by the host ♥️. The living room sofa was also cozy to the point we didn’t mind sleeping in there also, it was a hard choice lol. Loved the kitchen with the bar stools. All the appliances were easy to use. What can I say, I loved this whole place.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in super easy. They even provided thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet quiet and peaceful at night. This is the place to stay if you have any upcoming business at the University of Central Florida. Super close to everything, including Orlando International Airport.

This is hands down best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in Orlando. The house looked just like the photos, very clean, check in and out was very easy and the pool was amazing and clean. There was complimentary wine waiting for us and the host was very nice and responsive. Can't wait to go back!

David has a beautiful home here. It is directly like the images shown! THE BEDS ARE SOOO COMFORTABLE! They had a nice huge fridge. Only the dishwasher was a concern for bugs, so we decided to hand wash and dry everything and put away. The mosquitos were eating us up. They do have spray to assist. We had an issue with toilet paper but Iman and David rectified it the same night. We were truly appreciative of that. Overall it was a nice stay.

Personally I was sad to leave! Such a lovely location and getting to enjoy the views from the kitchen island or hanging out on the dock every day was so peaceful. Just the kind of vacation I needed to get me through the rest of my year 🌴 Our host was very kind and responded very quickly! Book a stay here!

Great location close to event venue, Parcs, shops, etc Quiet area, very clean. Larissa and Rosely did a great job making you feel at home and are great hosts, very responsive. Nice swimming pool too. Would go for it again if I would go to Orlando!

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. The host provided clear instructions that made check-in super easy. The location was beautiful, safe, and walkable — perfect for our Universal and Disney trip. The pool was a great bonus, and the room was spacious and well-designed. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect in every way; perfect location and easy to get to…as we used Uber a lot. Close to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs….less than 15 min Uber. There is a Starbucks next to the building which was awesome. Nicoleta is a fantastic host, replies right away and gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions. Communication was great and she is very attentive. Again, very impressed with the place. All the amenities you need and very comfortable and clean. Was also a huge bonus to have 2 bathrooms.

The place was wonderful and comfortable. The beds we're comfortable and there was plenty of space. Quiet neighbors and felt very safe. The hosts let us check in several.hours early which was very much appreciated. They were very responsive as well. There were just a couple of minor downsides: (1) it is NOT walking distance from the convention center (2) the pool bar secretly, but automatically, adds gratuity and then asks you to tip again (3) they do not provide coffee 😟 Aside from these very minor issues the place itself was wonderful and we would stay again and recommend to friends. 5 stars!

This was mine and my husbands first experience with Air BNB. Jason was fantastic as a host. Jason checked in with us during our stay, offered new bed linens and towels due to our extended trip and was very responsive whenever we had questions. The place was beautiful, exactly as described and its location made it very easy to access almost anything we wanted or needed. If you’re thinking about booking this accomodation, I would highly recommend that you do!
