This is the place to stay if you have any upcoming business at the University of Central Florida. Super close to everything, including Orlando International Airport.

This is hands down best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in Orlando. The house looked just like the photos, very clean, check in and out was very easy and the pool was amazing and clean. There was complimentary wine waiting for us and the host was very nice and responsive. Can't wait to go back!

Dallas’s home was clean, beautiful, very well stocked ( including a great coffee bar), and very peaceful! We used this home as a staging area precruise to go back and forth to the airport gathering the family before heading to the port. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and the nearby nature preserve. The house was easy to check into, did not have complex checkout instructions and Dallas was very responsive to a small issue. This place is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again under similar circumstances. One of the best Airbnbs!

It was a very nice place to stay for our week throughout Orlando. Very clean and in a nice area. Leydy was very responsive and helped out with everything we needed. I would choose this place again the next time I come into Orlando.

The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

Liana’s place was amazing and the bed was so comfy. It was a nicely clean suite and was filled with supplies to help our stay feel comfortable and convenient. 17 mins away from disney springs and 8 mins away from Universal City Walk.

Host was great and room was nice and clean. Dedicated parking spot and keyless entry made it easy.

From the moment we booked, Mike was an exceptional host - incredibly communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great Stay,Check In Was Easy You Go Right Up To Room With The Codes They Provide. Room Looks Just Like Picture, Everything Was Clean And Set Up Perfect For A Studio. Everything Is Also Close To Where You Stay.

This location is wonderful. Across the street is several restaurants and some shops. It is limited distance from Disney springs that you have shopping and dining with a 10 min drive at most. Parking is plentiful and easy to walk in and get right to the room.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

Kathy's condo at Floridays Resort was perfect for our needs. We were only there 2 nights for a trip to Discovery Cove. The condo is close to Discovery Cove and Sea World as well as tons of restaurants and shopping. The interior is clean and there are plenty of linens and towels. There were paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, TP, etc. for 2-3 days. The kitchen is equipped with the minimum: dinnerware for 4, 1 pot, 1 skillet, 1 spatula, 1 serving spoon, 1 baking sheet, 1 baking dish, etc. It was adequate for our stay because we didn't do any real food preparation. If you plan on doing any serious cooking, you may want to bring your own cookware and knives. The resort grounds are tropical and beautifully landscaped. The outdoor hallways are looking a little tired and could use a good cleaning. There is a small pool fairly close by. The main pool and pool bar/shop, is on the opposite side of the resort so a decent walk.

We’ve stayed at several rentals in Orlando before, and this one has definitely been our favorite. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, very safe and quiet, and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peaceful view over the lake to the pool area behind it. The pool with the lazy river was nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Joanne was very quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely come back.
