This 380 sq ft newly remodeled mother-in-law suite has private entrance, patio and yard. Suite is completely closed off from the house and has keyless locks for easy check in.

The den contains a 50” smart tv, sink, microwave, table and 2 chairs, cooktop, small refrigerator/freezer, “L” shaped sofa. The bathroom has double vanity sink, shower, tub, linen closet and body soap dispenser. No shared areas. Wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max included. Queen air mattress available. Right outside Baldwin Park, a backyard paradise! This studio has a comfortable 14" memory foam mattress, an oversized bathroom with rain shower & separated vanity area +a huge walk-in closet with full length mirror. There is also a 43" smart TV & a kitchenette for all your light cooking needs! There is also patio seating outside the front door that you can enjoy outside, or talk a short walk to Baldwin Park for food, exercise, & fun! Sunset views from the house or Baldwin Lake are beautiful.

This is a beautiful and comfortable Room equipped with a queen size bed, a large full bathroom, a kitchenette, a mini fridge, a Microwave, a Cofee Maker and a TV. Internet included. It is located 15 minutes from the MCO Orlando Airport; 20 minutes from the Florida Mall and 30 minutes from most Themes Parks. It is also located around many restaurants, shopping centers and major highways. Please be aware that we do not provide food other than coffee, also we do not have washer and dryer.
