What a beautiful villa in an amazing area in Cairo! The Villa was lovely and clean! Yahia was very friendly and responsive! I will recommend this place for sure as I will be coming back here! I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

A beautiful villa with a wonderful garden and its own pool. Everything was clean and the hosts had thought of the smallest details to make you feel at home. Beautiful design, lots of space both inside and outside where you can drink your coffee with a beautiful view or have dinner under the sky. The pool was cleaned for me. Thank you Nehad,Ahmed and door man Ramadan who took care of the cleanliness outside and was always ready to help when needed.Definitely will back again!

Mein Aufenthalt bei Ahmed war großartig! Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen. Der war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The studio was clean and the staff were very friendly—one of them spoke excellent English, which was helpful. The space combines the sitting area with two beds and a sofa, which might not suit those who prefer separate areas for work and rest. The location is good, but the map pin led us slightly off, making it a bit tricky to find with Uber. Still, the hospitality and cleanliness made it a positive experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, but what truly made the experience special was the host. Sameh was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. I especially appreciated his kindness in accommodating a late check-out due to my evening flight—it made the last day of my trip so much easier. We really felt at home throughout the stay. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place with both comfort and genuinely great hospitality!

Everything about this place was excellent. Mohamed was very hospitable, he made sure the entire check-in went extremely smoothly. He contacted me to make sure of any preferences or requests during my stay, and constantly followed up to make sure everything is going well. The apartment itself was exactly as described. Very good location, quick access to anywhere in Cairo. The apartment was clean and had a private gated entrance with cameras and lighting for the night time. Overall, everything was perfect!

كانت الشقة هادئة وآمنة للغاية كان تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة سلسا للغاية. الشقة نظيفة ومنظمة تماما مما جعلني اشعر وكأني في بيتي، المضيف متعاون ولطيف بشكل لا يصدق، ومتاحا دائما وجاهز للمساعدة في اي شئ احتاجه، لقد جعل التجربة افضل حقا، شكرا جزيلا لكم على حسن ضيافتكم ودعمكم، اقدر ذلك حقا، موصى به للغاية.

من افضل الشقق اللي سكنتها نظافة وترتيب تصميم الديكورات فوق الرائع و سراير النوم خمس نجوم ومريحه جداً

I had a great stay at Ahmed's!! I felt like home and safe as it is a private compound. This place is quiet,clean,comfortable. I had an amazing rest! 😴 Security guys were so kind. May be a lil far from the craziness of the downtown,but perfect to those who rather stay at quiet and not so loud areas. Pharmacy,stores and bakery right next to the compound and Concord mall at a walking distance. Thanks Ahmed,I've gotta go back!🙏🏾

We had a great stay at Mostafa’s place. Everything was perfect, comfortable, clean and felt like home. The place is exactly as described. Mostafa has been very helpful and flexible. Check in and checkout very smooth. Compound super safe and you have everything you need withing walking distance. Highly recommend this flat and will definitely reconsider coming again anytime i need a rental in New Cairo

Eisa was a fabulous host and greeted us at check-in and was readily available throughout our stay! He offered information on the rooftop bar/restaurant which was beautiful and offered more views of the pyramids, which we could also see from the living room! There were actually waters in the refrigerator when we 1st arrived!, Very thoughtful!

Her hospitality really made us feel at home. The apartment itself is very nice, super clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is also fantastic and safe, quiet, and incredibly convenient, with most places just 20–30 minutes away by Uber. The place was great and huge and the price for the space was amazing, a lot of nice restaurants around, a quiet neighborhood. Bassem was great to deal with and very understanding, checking in and out was easy. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay.
