We had the best New Year celebration at Andy's villa in Ras Al Khaimah! The place was super spacious with beautiful views of the golf course. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed and well maintained. Andy was a great host, always quick to help with any questions we had. We loved the calm vibe and modern amenities. It was the perfect getaway. Thanks, Andy, for such an amazing stay! Highly recommend!

Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!

The villa was really nice, new and spacious. The place was fully air-conditioned. It was 1 min walk to the beach, pool and gym. Plenty of food and cafe options nearby .

The 9 Palms Villa was a lovely place to stay for the week. The neighborhood was quiet, the villa and outside areas were cozy and welcoming. We had a great stay and would come back again. The host and co host were responsive and very helpful - check in / out were easy.

The house is beautiful with a nice patio, the compound is brand new and extremely quiet, it has a residents pool which stays open until 10pm and the island had a private residents beach. Restaurants and food trucks were a 2 min drive, the beach was a 5 min drive. The house is very spacious and anicha was extremely responsive and helpful

We had a pleasant stay with Alia in her villa. Everything was exactly same as at the pictures, it was easy to check in and Alia was very responsive to all our requests. Villa is located very close both to the pool and beach and has a huge terrace with an amazing sunset views. The barbecue area is missing there, coffee machine is not working - it is all mentioned by the host. All other kitchen appliances are there, everything is working and fully equipped, so you can cook, can visit restaurants, or even can order room service (from the hotel). If you would like to cook - better take some food supplies with you, as well as tea, coffee and drinking water. We took care about it in advance and enjoyed our stay in full. Will book again with pleasure, great location and huge territory to walk around.

The apartment is in a lovely,peaceful location and we had the lagoon view. it was nice to be able to see sunrise feom the balcony. The beach is 5-7 mins walk. From the pool side, one can view sunset too. It was only 7 mins ride to nearby restaurants. The apartment was clean and nice, well equipped. The hot water was not working at first but Salim ( the host) sent someone immediately and it got fixed within an hour. Salim was very good and responsive host.Anything I asked for he provided immediately. Great host, great apartment and great location. I would stay again happily :-)

Me and my wife had a great time. We skip most of our itinerary in going outside since we just love the place especially during sunset. We will definitely recommend and would love to go back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Maher's studio!

The host was friendly, responsive, and provided all the little touches that made the stay special fresh towels, toiletries, and even a few snacks and drinks in the fridge. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was super cozy, and the location was perfect close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still peaceful and quiet at night.

Loved our stay and Tina was the perfect host. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the pool and private beach were just what we needed. Doubletree Hilton is next door and there's no shortage of restaurants there. We'll definitely be returning!

Stayed here for a week, and felt right at home! It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Very walkable area, including right to the beach! The staff on duty were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well!

Honestly one of the best AirBnb I have ever stayed in. It's like a 5-star hotel room but at outstanding prices. Host is super welcoming, they even give you a PDF with all information. Fast Wifi, very clean room. The bathroom is amazing with very modern furniture. The lighting and spotlights were amazing, very modern designs. Every little detail is very well thought of. They give you chocolate, towels, water bottle all on the house. Honestly there's nothing to complain about, you get far more than what you pay for. I actually extended my stay for another night because of how awesome it was. Salma and Stephano were so welcoming, friendly and super helpful. I will definitely stay there again every time I visit RAK.

I had a wonderful stay at Daria’s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable. The location was easy to find and very accessible, with convenient features like secure parking, beach access, and even deliveries anytime. The home was exactly as described—cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen had all the essentials, and I appreciated the little touches like air fresheners in the bathroom and scented candles in the living room. I worked remotely during my stay, and the place was perfect because it’s peaceful and quiet. Marjan Island is not too crowded, and there were no loud parties nearby. The only suggestion I have is to add an exhaust fan in the kitchen for cooking. Other than that, everything was great! Daria was an excellent host—responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with the door key being stuck, but she quickly sent someone over, and it was resolved in no time. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely rent this place again.
