Great place to stay. The antique nature of the decoration makes you feel right at home in an authentic African home. I highly recommend this for anyone from the diaspora who wants to connect with Africa and Ghana when coming home from abroad or wanting a place to stay. I had an amazing stay! The space was spotless, cozy, and had such a welcoming feel. I was warmly welcomed with snacks and wine, which was a lovely surprise, and the breakfast bar made my mornings even better. The host, Eugenia, was incredibly thoughtful and made sure I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made my stay special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend !

If you are looking for a great stay away from the hustle and bustle of Accra then this is it! The neighborhood was great for some rest and relaxation, which was exactly what I was after! Getting to things like restaurants and etc was easy as well. We will definitely return. Thanks Akosua for a great stay!

The house is wonderful, with good furniture and spacious spaces. Everything was great and well organized. But more importantly was the welcome of Sandra: always available and eager to go out of her way to find the right solution for any issue. I highly recommend this place and Sandra. It is a 10/10.

We arrived in Accra on November 14th, but due to some errands, we didn't reach the property until around 10 or 11 PM, though check-in was supposed to be earlier in the day. The caretakers were very accommodating and waited for us, which we greatly appreciated. There were a few minor issues with the generator (during light off) and the gate, but Sheila and Daniel were quick to assist, resolving everything promptly. William, the homeowner, also followed up to ensure everything was taken care of. We requested for late checkout and the caretakers worked with us on that as well. Overall, I'm very happy we chose this place and would highly recommend it.

I was with 5 family members who never visited Africa before, so this trip had to be perfect. Thanks to Joseph, Olivia, and George who attended to our every need with enthusiasm and punctuality, many thanks. The house was very caracterful, spacious, had plenty of modern convenience, board games, storage, etc. There was a fantastic chef called Francis who created some great. dishes when needed for a very affordable price, I mean, what more could we want. All in all, a super experience.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sebastian apartment in Accra. Our second visit from England, and the place exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well-equipped—everything we needed was right there, from quality kitchenware to cozy furnishings that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the fantastic range of activities available on the property—pool table, gym, table tennis, darts, and a beautiful swimming pool that we all made the most of. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and fun for all ages. A special mention must go to Francis, the caretaker. He was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he made sure we were always comfortable. Communication with the host, Sebastian, was also excellent. Even though he’s based in Germany, he was always just a message away and responded quickly and helpfully throughout our stay. Will definitely be back again *****

When I first walked inside I thought it was such a royal welcoming. Everything inside was beautiful and up to date. And the price was reasonable. Most places don’t have an elevator 🛗 but this place did have one. That’s an extra plus for me. It was very quiet, and the views were amazing. I was able to see both sides of the area and location being on the 4th floor. I give this place all 5 stars 🌟. Thank you. 😊

zora was very a friendly and responsive host. I went there a bit later than I was supposed to check inn. but she was right there to receive me. the apartment is very ccuzzy and neat, the bed is very comfortable the bathroom is very clean. everything is new and well organised at Zora's I will definitely go there again and highly recommend. it wealth the money. there are beautiful sports not too far from her place . lots of shops, restaurants and about 10 minutes drive from Amasaman bus station, 20 minutes drive on the highway to Accra city, 10 minuts drive to Kwabenya. and many more nice placesm! thank you Zora for your hospitality. I will surely Come back.

Nana and her husband are fantastic hosts. The visit started that I've messaged her that we cannot connect to WIFI, in 2 minutes she has established a Starlink next to my door just for me to have good internet. The pool was clean, the view is amazing and everything is accessible 5 minutes from the place. Definitely, will be visiting again

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. What I love most about the property is the garden area. If you enjoy nature and need it in your everyday life, you can get it here. What I appreciated most about the property is when there is power complications in Accra the outages does not affect my day to day task and the fridge is solar powered. The staff communicates in a timely manner if you need anything serviced. I love that there is laundry service on site which is done by a staff member at an affordable rate. Getting Uber or a bolt is no hassle but be sure to communicate with the drivers to ensure that they come to the right area since the area is fairly new and the gps sends the driver slightly off the path. If you’re a content creator this location is absolutely perfect for a professional background. Very quiet environment especially at night. In 302 the upstairs area was a great lounging space to relax and meditate. Can be used as a second sleeping space for family or friends.

I read previous reviews which gave me the confidence to select this place as an option. I have rented in the location boundaries before, and was very satisfied with its amenities and location. Keith's place met many of my expectations, and helped my stay become as comfortable as I would have liked. I like to cook my foods fresh, and the kitchen provided the utilities and space I needed to get things done. They views from the balcony window is comforting day and night, and lets the open lounge flood with light in the daytime. The bonus feature about the apartment building is that it has its own generator at the rear, and kicks-in within 5 minutes of a power outage. Remote working works out fine to, and you can get a productive day working from the breakfast bar or spare room with table and chairs. Overall the functionality was there, and it is these elements that makes it ideal for me. - Many thanks

Emmanuel’s place is one the best place I have stayed in Accra and will recommend it anybody looking for Airbnb to lodge in Accra. Everything is exactly ask it states in the advert. Very peaceful and quite location. The host is fab, always at ur service, always checking and making sure u have a comfortable stay. Really enjoyed my 3 weeks stay in the apartment and will always come back anytime I’m in Ghana 🇬🇭.

Love the place just that the WiFi didn’t work at all but I enjoyed my stay ❤️ the neighbors try to inconvenience me but I was on my vacation and didn’t care about them .I 99% recommend this place ❤️ I wish I could stay longer

We absolutely loved it at Eric’s place and the gated community! It’s especially great with kids as you can just walk around without worrying about traffic and enjoy the pool and playground on the premises. Eric is an amazing host, everything was well organised and he’s very reliable and responds quickly. He even allowed us to do a late checkout since we had a late flight. We’d love to come back soon!
