Great place! Vasilis and his father are very friendly, the fridge was fully prepared for guests. The location is perfect, just 10mins to Nea Peramos with car and 4-5 mins walk to the beach.

Our home was just 7-8 minutes away by car from all the amenities of Aspravalta and only a 2-3 minute walk to the sea. We spend 7 days there and we found everything needed in the house. The open-plan living room had a large table that was perfect for both dining and working. The bedroom was thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the linens were spotless, almost like brand new. Waking up every morning to a nearly 180-degree view of the sea and the Halkidiki mountains, and being able to look at that view any chance we got during the day, made us so so happy. With its stunning view, spacious living room and balcony, and breathtaking sunsets, we spent an unforgettable 7 days here. If I had to summarize this stay, I would describe it as peace, tranquility, and hope. We’re truly happy to have met our wonderful hosts, Martha and Joannis and their lovely boys. Wir hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Lage, nah am Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Eine saubere und gemütliche Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Ich werde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und gerne wieder kommen.

We enjoyed staying at Manos apartment. He is a great host and made sure we are taken care of. Everything is as described and showed in photos. Apartment is clean and comfy. Sea is just 50m away and stores, restaurants and other entertainment is within few minutes of walking. We will return for sure.

Das Haus ist in einem makellosen Zustand, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgerüstet was zum Urlauben gebraucht wird. Strand, Einkaufs- und Abendaktivitäten sind in 3 Minuten fußläufig erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit Antonis war einwandfrei. Ein herzlicher Empfang von Antonis Mutter Fotini und seinem Bruder Jannis hat uns bei der Ankunft erwartet. Es gab eine Einweisung inkl. Rundgang durch das Haus und kalte Getränke (Wasser, Saft, Wein) waren für uns bereit gestellt. Wir haben uns in sehr wohl gefühlt und sprechen eine 100%ige Empfehlung aus! Nice appartment on the first floor of a villa, 10 minutes easy walk to the beach and 3 minutes to the nearby supermarkets. Kind and warmhearted host, I recommend this place for family holidays.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Anette und Costa. Das Haus liegt sehr schön, man hat seine Ruhe und ist doch nah an Kavala, sowie vielen schönen Orten und Stränden. Die Ruhe und der eingezäunte Garten sind für Hunde wunderbar, wir mussten uns keine Gedanken mit unserem Hund machen. Die Hütte ist genau wie beschrieben und man hat alles (oder sogar mehr), was man braucht. Anette hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Beim Check in war sie sehr flexibel und hat uns alles erklärt. Mit dem Auto kommt man gut an die Unterkunft. Preis-Leistung einzigartig! P.s. Gerade mit älteren Kindern sollte man beachten, dass es kein WLAN gibt, wie es auch in der Beschreibung steht. Danke für alles :) wir kommen bestimmt wieder

De cum am ajuns, gazdele ne-au primit foarte frumos si ne-au dat toate detaliile pentru a ne descurca usor in incinta lor. Privelistea de la balcon este extraordinara. Te trezesti si te culci cu marea in brate. Este un loc linistit, privat, unde te poti rupe de realitatea curenta de zi cu zi. Daca iti doresti intimitate, este un loc ideal. Plaja e la o aruncatura de bat, ajungi foarte usor si parca toata e a ta. E un sentiment care este greu de gasit. Pe scurt, tot sejurul a fost foarte frumos. Multumim mult pentru gazduire si pentru amabilitatea de care am avut parte.
