Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet. electricity is not included and will be charged separately The pool is available from May 1 to October 1

Fleet - Camp Skarvann

Enjoy the sound of nature when staying at this unique place. Idyllic small fleet that is located on the lake Skarvann. There is a single standard with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with a foam mattress. There is no door on this unit, just a "drape" to close it. Small kitchenette, table and chairs on the deck outside and a fire pit. Important and note that this is a wilderness camp, we do not have water and electricity. There is available toilet in the area. Duvet/pillow/sleeping bag must be brought.

If you ar visiting during the winter season, Gautefall, with possibilities of cross-country skiing and downhill slopes, is only a short care ride away. If your aim is to relax, then just light one of the fireplaces inside or outside and enjoy the changing landscape. Welcome!

Feel the true Norwegian countryside calmness of birds chirping, Wild animals, and trees in the wind. Explore the countryside area, Take a trip down to Dalen and see the fairytalehotell or take a trip with the veteran ship in Telemarkskanalen. Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

Cabin 41 Risør. Sea view, large terrace, lots of sun

Hammerlia 41 is in a great location with a view to the sea at Nesodden Brygge at the heart of Sørfjorden in idyllic Risør. Two sandy beaches nearby and bathing jetty (200m.) Hiking terrain and short road to Risør city centre (10 min w/car) Motorboat (14-16ft/9.9-60hp ) can be rented. The cabin is now upgraded (May 2025) with two super comfortable continental double beds (180x200) Three of the other beds will also be upgraded.

This is a cozy house that is just big enough to create unique memories from summer, sea, archipelago and Sørland. The house is located in a small garden in a small, coastal cluster at Gjeving between Risør and Tvedestrand, with Lyngør and Raet National Park a short boat ride away.
