There are good opportunities for outdoor life in summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Bedsheets, towels, firewood, and laundry are included in the price!

The coffee machine is ready for use, the beds are made and towels are ready. Great hiking opportunities in the woods, in the mountains or along the beaches at Nisser.

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

Lyngørsundet, Gjevingmyra Farm

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Explore yourself and nature 💚

The Kårboligen. 30 minutes to Arendal.

Cottage for rent, 1.5 km from E18 at Sørlandsporten in Risør municipality. It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 10 km to Brokelandsheia with, among other things, the small zoo and Euro -spar. Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away. The accommodation is preferably rented to families or working people who need accommodation. Newly restored house Fiber with good capacity

Boathouse by the lake

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is located right on the waterfront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Vår 30m2 Lyngebu-hytte ligger på Ånudsbuoddane hyttefelt,ved innsjøen Nisser i hjertet av Telemark (5 min til Treungen sentrum med flere butikker, 15 min til Gautefall skisenter, gangavstand til vann, fjellstier). Vi tilbyr også robåt, så området kan utforskes fra vannet. Her får du den beste utsikten over innsjø og fjell med all komfort for å nyte oppholdet! Ravn- Vidsyn Midjås Enjoy the beautiful nature around this romantic residence and the views of the mountains and Bandak. A unique treetop cabin with separate kitchen and bathroom (shared). Breakfast is free and provided by the guest himself. The cabin is beautifully located, private, between the trees on a mountain in West Telemark. On site there is also a lovely sauna with a refreshing lake. Come find peace with us.

Great newer cabin (completed 2022) on Kallerberget in Risør with stunning views of the lake. The cabin is located in a new and family-friendly cabin area about 10 minutes by car or boat from Risør city center. There is a road all the way to the cabin and parking space for four cars on the plot. Good hiking areas nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
