The accommodation is equipped with all the comforts: impeccable cleanliness, perfect temperature, comfortable beds, bathroom and kitchen provided. The windows overlook the beautiful garden shared with the farm owners. Near the farm there is a minimarket and the town of Ijevan is just 8 minutes by taxi (very cheap, a trip costs 500 dram) and here you can find bars, banks, supermarkets. But what made the trip special was Nver's family, father Mikayel, mother Marine and brother Yura are wonderful people who welcomed me as a daughter and sister. We shared authentic and unforgettable moments, breakfasts together, walks, traditional dinners, chess games and long chats. Meeting them was a gift, more beautiful than I could have hoped. I wish and recommend that everyone have an experience like mine on this farm. Thank you very much, I love you. See you soon! P.S. Mikayel, you're a champion.❤️

The stay was very nice. We stayed there for 4 nights. The house was cool inside. But they went above and beyond so I was comfortable. We received coffee on arrival. Due to the water emergency disaster in Aleverdi, we had to drive differently ( got good instruction) we ate a hot meal twice. The surroundings are wonderful! Beautiful nature.. relaxing in the garden and or the veranda is also very nice. In short, top stay

Hayk's place is the kind of accommodation that lingers in your memory long after your stay. The vibrant and lively atmosphere of the place makes it stand out. Despite having six people in our group, the spacious house always made us feel energized and comfortable. It exuded a sense of cheerfulness that added to the overall experience. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, and even a grill was available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking. Beyond the impressive interior, the property featured a sizable backyard. While our visit took place in a snowy January, preventing us from thoroughly enjoying the outdoor space, we could still envision the potential for snowball fights and other fun activities. I am eager to return to Hayk's place during different seasons, confident that it would offer a unique and enjoyable experience each time. I highly recommend this Airbnb to others, as it can cater to guests in any season.

Arsen was very kind and helpful in offering us directions on minibuses in the area and attractions, communication was very effective also regarding check-in instructions. The apartment was very cozy, however maybe a little cold (February) but there was a heater that helped us warm the place. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Sanahin and the surroundings that we found very beautiful and characteristic.

Thanks a lot, we've been at this villa for a family reunion with people coming from 4 different countries. This calm and distant place surrounded with amazing mountains and caves was exactly what we needed to spend maximum time together. Hiking is just great. Lots of cutlery and dishes to cook delicious food to each other. A very nice big pool where kids spent half of the time, lots of recreation space, a huge garden with grapes and kiwi(!) growing there. The host was sooo helpful at any time of the day!

a perfect peaceful retreat in Lorri region, surrounded by gorgeous mountains. a bunch of little walks around the house, and nearby you'll find Akhtala monastery and fortress, an absolute must visit in Armenia. the area is filled with cool hikes and monasteries to visit (Haghpat and Sanahin are a must too) Mher is extremely nice, speaks great English, very generous and helpful. he has great recommendations for beautiful spots in the region. we had a homemade dinner at his place that was delicious. highly recommended!

I really liked living here. The house is very spacious and quiet. The neighborhood is peaceful and the tranquil botanical garden is nearby. The host was very helpful. He helped me organize my programs in the area and also provided free transport to the bus station. If I return to Vanadzor, I will choose them again!

The place was beautiful, I had a great time with my family. I recommend to visit and enjoy Vanadzor with its weather, especially in summer, especially staying in MagHay mini hotel, located in Vanadzor center. Thanks a lot.

Easy, personal check in. Rooms were as described. Bathroom was quiet big. Unfortunately no air condition (which was known to us) thus quiet hot during the summer night. Friendly hosts. Can recommend the apartment.

Alla and her mother made me feel right at home during my stay. Their space was cozy and welcoming, and I loved sharing tea and coffee with them. I also took the carpet making masterclass, which was an incredible experience. Learning about Armenian history through this art form was fascinating! Not to mention, Alla’s mother is an amazing cook. The food she prepared was absolutely delicious. The best food I had in Armenia. This was more than just a stay it was a cultural and personal connection that I’ll always cherish. I can’t wait to come back with my family!
