House in beautiful Laxviken in Jämtland, 80 km northwest of Östersund. The house is on a small farm with grazing cows around the corner. In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.
