Newly renovated townhouse in Western Frölunda, Åkered with, among other things, walking distance to family friendly swimming area, Näsets SK and grocery store. A perfect accommodation for those who want to be close to both sun and bath as well as city pulse in central Gothenburg. The house was renovated in 2021 and in addition to social areas indoors there is private patio with barbecues, which also swims in sun from lunch to night! Good connections into Frölunda Torg and from there on to central Gothenburg. Free parking in the area.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)
