Monthly Rentals in Akamas

This place is a little slice of heaven. Great location, beautiful inside and out. Super helpful friendly hosts. Had everything we needed and more. Handy for the beach and harbour bars, restaurants and coffee shops, and a perfect base for the Akamas region and Paphos airport. We would happily stay here again and have already recommended it to family. Also we LOVED the artworks around the apartment, great choices by real artists, it added to the vibe and enhanced our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Yiannos apartment. I spent 3 weeks there and felt very much at home. Yiannos is an excellent host and noting is too much trouble. He even loaned me a bike to get around which was very useful. The apartment was spacious and has everything you need. Very quiet location for undisturbed sleep. I was there late march / early April so Latchi was quiet but restaurants were open and very friendly and excellent food and good value. . The hiking trails close by are spectacular. I would definitely return to Yiannos apartment and can confidently recommend it. Thank you Yiannos for a wonderful stay. Ian

Andreas is a great host, very helpful, quick to respond and very friendly. The place was Exactly what was described. The bungalow, gave us a lot of space and privacy. Lovely swimming pool, and beautifull views was Just a cherry on the top:-) Great restaurant, Beaches and historical spots around, and all that in neighborhood of national park! For those who are looking for peacfull place, with picturesque views and plenty to do in area, this is the place. We are highly recomending Andreas as a lovely host and his great bungalow. We hope we can come back one day ❤️

Tina's place was outstanding, exactly as described and in a very peaceful location but within walking distance of the bars and restaurants in Polis Square. Tina was a friendly host and very quick to respond to messages, nothing was too much trouble for her, she even lent us a cool box for a day trip. Tina's parents are also on hand to help with anything and are very lovely and very helpful too. The property had everything we needed including a full size fridge/freezer, also some provisions provided including bottled water, tea coffee and other cooking ingredients. The garden was beautiful with plenty of space to relax, an airer and washing line for drying clothes. Washing machine, complete with detergent and fabric conditioner was also included at the apartment. The garden had fruit trees in it and we were encouraged to help ourselves to any fruit from them, the oranges and lemons were delicious. Would 100% recommend the host and her property.
