Coffee-tea-herbal tea... the bakery is on the corner of the building as well as the tobacco press.

All amenities, including private hospital and public transport are within walking distance, the city center and beach are about 20 minutes' walk, restaurants are nearby, the airport is 10 minutes' drive as well as the port, the residence is quiet and private parking is at your disposal. This is my primary residence.
