The lovingly designed apartment offers plenty of space for relaxed, quiet living. With a stylish kitchen and dining area, centrally located in Straubing. The terrace invites you to end the day in a cozy way. The studio is perfect for guests who like to explore because of its walking distance to the city center (5-minute walk). As well as for employees who are on a business trip and would like to have more space than just a hotel room for themselves (approx. 45 square meters) The B8 is within easy reach.

Super lovely sweet little apartment. I was in Straubing for a few days for work and the location of the apartment was just perfect. Large parking almost outside the door and not a long walk to the pedestrian zone. I felt comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Patrick was a good host who took good care of us. Communication was straightforward and proactive. Great praise, keep it up. A parking space is available right across from the house. The couch has a pull-out 90x200 mattress, which is sufficient. :) The bathroom is the highlight of the apartment. But the rest has also been planned with attention to detail and practicality. Great for a short trip. :) I was warmly greeted with a chalkboard and a snack basket. Excellent. All in all, lovely accommodation. :)

Ahmed is an excellent host. He is accommodating and communicative. The area is nice and peaceful, and is right outside of town (5-10 mins driving). I work from my laptop, and the home was very quiet and is perfect if you want/ need somewhere to rest, relax, and/or do laptop work in silence. The home was also very clean and tidy. In terms of the private bedroom area, I loved the room and the way it was decorated with the chandelier, plenty of closet and drawer space, and a desk. The bed was comfortable and cosy, and I slept well. Having a balcony attached to the room was great too. Thank you Ahmed for being such a kind and wonderful host!
