Monthly Rentals in Aigburth

We had a great stay at Ivyhurst Manor. The flat was comfy, clean, well equipped and roomy, bigger than it looks in the listing. The area is close enough to, but out of, the city centre. It is really easily accessible by bus/train/car, so a very peaceful resting place after a day of exploring. Chris and family were wonderful hosts, providing clear instructions, friendly communication, flexibility and an easy check in/out process. The crumpets were a nice touch!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay in this lovely first-floor flat. Situated in a quiet location, it’s conveniently within short walking distance of the beautiful Sefton Park, and only a quick Uber ride away from the city centre. The flat itself is spacious and elegantly decorated, featuring beautiful artwork and every modern convenience you could wish for. Both bedrooms were lovely; the master bedroom was particularly impressive, being spacious and complete with an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom, though smaller, was still comfortable and pleasant. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen was well stocked, and the living area featured a TV with an excellent selection of DVDs to enjoy. We felt very welcomed, especially appreciating the unexpected and thoughtful arrival gift of Easter goodies. We would definitely return and highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting the area. All in all, a perfect 10 out of 10!

Booked as it was closed to Sefton Park for an event we were attending, also just a walk across the park to Park Lane. Host was super responsive for questions we had and the place was perfect for us and in a quiet street, easy to find. There was a folder with light cal recommendations and also a spare set of keys. We would certainly book again.
