Well-equipped kitchen with stove, combined hot air oven & microwave, as well as fridge with freezer compartment. Spacious sleeping loft with comfortable double bed, as well as a large sofa bed for two with a spring mattress. Tiled bathroom with washing machine. Space for car is available on the property as well as on the street.

Our Attefalshus is located in a family-friendly villa area close to the forest and at bike distance to the chalk-white sandy beaches that Åhus is famous for. There are good transport links to grocery stores, the city centre and Kristianstad. You can take a bike or a nice walk to Åhus harbour. The house offers all amenities such as fully equipped kitchen and household utensils, AC, floor heating, washing machine, Wifi etc. Should you miss anything in the house you can always knock on our door which is your nearest neighbor.

It is about 1.5 km to the city center where the harbor and all restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own balcony and a parking space next to the cottage. Two bikes are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are available, if you want to rent, SEK 300. In that case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning takes place as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.
