Stay in your own apartment in one of the lengths of a four-length Skåne farm in the middle of Brösarp "the gateway to Österlen." Immediate proximity to all the comforts of the village. Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

Small apartment in an old half-timbered house just outside the wall of medieval Åhus. The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. In one room, there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

Our cottage is 40 sqm. and is close to the city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea which is only 500 meters away with its nice sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The property can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).

Close to Haväng,Brösarps Backar and Kivik's musteri on Österlen as well as a very beautiful nature conservation area with the sea that meets the cliffs.
