Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make the villa a great option for couples, groups or families. The layout provides good degrees of seperation. The kitchen and living room is open plan with access to a raised patio and a sheltered outdoor BBQ area. The pool is heated to a minimum of 28 degrees from October to April. Nestled into the delightful seaside village of Te Awanga, it's a stones throw from the beach, cycle trails, world-class wineries and the Cape Kidnappers golf course. The cottage has all the charms of the original seaside bach but its fit-out is perfect for long summer days and nights and in the colder months as a warm and cosy retreat.

Whilst we cannot offer sea views we are only one street back from the beach so an easy walk if you wish to take a seaside stroll or bring along your surf casters. We also have the most beautiful cycle/walk tracks that will take you all the way to the city centre if you so wish. We are situated 10 from airport and 15 minutes to the city . We are also a very short stroll to the lovely crab farm winery. Plus snapper park camp ground is a short walk which offers eat in or take away meals.

Located at the base of Te Mata Peak, my Renovated, Roomy, Rural 1900's cottage is conveniently located within easy reach of wineries, beaches, walks/cycle tracks and 3kms from Havelock North CBD. The house surrounds are mostly peaceful and quiet. With an active array of wildlife frolicking in the orchard. Your stay is made more enjoyable with an espresso machine, a smart TV, pantry goodies, a wood fire, and yes, work spaces. Children are welcome, fur babies are welcome! (limit 2 dogs).

This unique place has a style all of its own. On a working orchard so you may experience tractors spraying from time to time. Our cottage is not suitable for children. Our cottage is a 3 minute drive to the stunning Havelock North village. Beautiful views through the rows of apple trees up to Te Mata peak. So much to see only minutes from the cottage. Craggy Range winery, Arataki Honey, Birdwood Gallery, Te Mata Peak, many wineries, cycling tracks and so much more to experience.

Checkout the gannets at Cape Kidnappers either by beach tractor tours, or overland by bus or walk the 8 kilometres at low tide.
