The Storage Shed started its life in 1875 as part of Denholms general store, and is arguably one of the oldest buildings in the area. It is now a beautiful studio room decorated with up cycled retro furniture to create a bright happy creative space. The open ceiling with its rafters, ply walls, huge doors and windows create a light modern loft style space. The home is spacious, light and clean with comfortable beds (all linen, pillows and towels provided), wheelchair access and a lift if you have problems with mobility. With large garage, 2 bicycles for the nearby cycle path, spacious garden, every amenity and laundry facilities. This well located home is great for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Your hospitality experience is very important to us, so if you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.

We had a fantastic stay in the penthouse. The balcony is a rare feature in this area. An absolutely incredible collection of art and furniture fills the space with curiosity and wonder. Our host was extremely helpful and always available on the phone at the drop of a hat.

A modern bathroom features dual sinks with sleek white basins and illuminated mirrors above. A towel rack holds neatly arranged towels, while a bathtub is positioned to the side. The floor is adorned with dark tiles, enhancing the contemporary design.

The Loft Apartment in Ahuriri Napier was a huge surprise. It’s so well designed with high quality furniture and a great layout. It’s right above the village and easy walking to fabulous restaurants and cafes. Both bedrooms are large with beautiful en suite bathrooms. The sitting room is really large with a lovely outdoor eating area undercover which catches the afternoon sun. The kitchen has everything you need. A perfect spot for 2 couples. Amazing!!

Very clean and well presented and lots of space. Lovely views. Whilst the road is quite narrow I never had problems finding a park right outside the house. All in all great value for money and a great location.

Grace & Steve’s place is immaculate and cozy! We were over for the Hawkes Bay marathon and it suited our group of people perfectly. The house was cozy, welcoming and open plan so you could socialise and not feel on top of each other. Nice little touches of chips and kiwi onion dip to add a bit of Kiwi nostalgia. Would definitely be at the top of our list for places to stay on our next visit to the Bay. Great communicators and friendly from the get go- definitely a must if you’re looking for the perfect place to stay.
