There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Shops, bank etc in nearby Ahrbrück (4km) Pets are welcome

Herzlich willkommen zurück! Glücklicherweise ist unsere Wohnung von der Flutkatastrophe verschont geblieben. Wir haben die letzten Wochen mit zahlreichen Helfern damit verbracht, die Haustechnik zu erneuern. Wir freuen uns also, Sie wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Natürlich hat sich im Ahrtal viel verändert und es gibt noch viel zu tun, allerdings sind z.B. die Wanderwege intakt und einem Natururlaub steht nichts im Wege. Hinweis: Zusätzlich ist die Kurtaxe (2,00 € p.N./p.P.) zu zahlen.

Unser Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf die Weinberge - und doch fußläufig zur Altstadt mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften. Es bietet schnellen Zugang zu Ahr, Wanderwegen und Ahr-Radweg. Die Wohnung (ca. 45 qm) im Dachgeschoss des von uns selbst bewohnten Hauses bietet Platz für 2-4 Gäste. Haus des Kindes Ahrweiler

Unsere Ferienwohnung im Haus des Kindes Ahrweiler liegt in einem wunderschönen alten denkmalgeschützten Gebäude direkt in der Altstadt von Ahrweiler am Marktplatz. Wir betreiben das nun seit über 100 Jahren bestehende Kindergeschäft im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Nachdem die Flut das Erdgeschoss völlig zerstört hat, habe ich das zum Anlass genommen auch die bis dato darüberliegenden Wohnungen herzurichten und als Ferienwohnung zu vermieten. Ich hoffe es gefällt Ihnen.

Das Objekt wurde im Jahr 2018 fertiggestellt und beinhaltet insgesamt 3 Etagenwohnungen sowie ein Penthaus. Das Penthaus weißt eine Größe von ca. 100qm auf und wird mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Bademäntel an unsere Gäste übergeben. Im Parkdeck befinden sich die kostenpflichtige, abgeschlossenen sowie überdachten Stellplätze für Ihren PKW (10€ pro Tag/Nacht) Pro Gast und Nacht wird von der Stadt Bad Neuenahr eine Kurtaxe erhoben. Diese ist bei Anreise zu zahlen.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem im Jugendstil erbauten Wohnhaus in Stadtnaher Lage von Bad Neuenahr sowie in unmittelbarer Nähe von Parkanlagen und Radwegen. Durch innovatives Raumdesign und viel Liebe zum Detail wurde die im Erdgeschoss liegende Ferienwohnung 2022 neu renoviert und auch neu eingerichtet. Im Innenhof befindet sich zudem ein überdachter Freisitz. Auch ein Stellplatz für Ihren PKW befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür.

Nice Place Ahrtal 1

Comfortable holiday home in the heart of old town Ahrweiler. Completly remodeled appartment in a landmarked town house of 1765. The station is just about 5 minutes away. This also apllies to the famous "Rotweinwanderweg". For a fast shopping or a cup of coffee you just have to leave the front door. Free WiFi available. It's a quiet place but right in the middle.
