Located in the middle of the Bergisches Land in a small and quiet village, you can enjoy the tranquility on a separate and fenced property of 1,500 square meters. With a bit of luck you can watch deer, foxes, owls and rabbits.

Das Objekt wurde im Jahr 2018 fertiggestellt und beinhaltet insgesamt 3 Etagenwohnungen sowie ein Penthaus. Das Penthaus weißt eine Größe von ca. 100qm auf und wird mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Bademäntel an unsere Gäste übergeben. Im Parkdeck befinden sich die kostenpflichtige, abgeschlossenen sowie überdachten Stellplätze für Ihren PKW (10€ pro Tag/Nacht). Pro Gast und Nacht wird von der Stadt Bad Neuenahr eine Kurtaxe erhoben. Diese ist bei Anreise zu zahlen.

Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

Stylish apartment in a 400-year-old, listed half-timbered house in the middle of the old town of Linz am Rhein. The historic architectural style gives the apartment its special character. The floor plan leads from the dressing room through the bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub through the fully equipped kitchen into the open living/sleeping area, which is designed as a studio. Terrace, stucco and decorated ceilings combine history with modern comfort.

This apartment for up to four people combines modern design with thoughtful functionality and is the perfect retreat for couples and small families. Particularly noteworthy is the exclusive infrared and Finnish sauna combination in the master bedroom. The projector with screen can be used for real cinema experiences. Outside you will find a hot tub where you can end beautiful evenings. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor.

The Posthalterhof was built around 1683 as a postal station by Thurn and Taxis as a station between Cologne and Trier. In the middle of Blankenheim, less than 200 meters from the Ahrquelle, the Posthalterhof is one of the oldest buildings in Blankenheim.
