Beautiful Beachfront Townhouse !

OUR MAUI BEACH HOUSE... This is the perfect place for a family vacation and retreat!! And it is right on the beach! Many of our guests enjoy staying right on our property or on our beach -- no need to leave. A very large two bedroom, three bath custom redwood townhouse we built in 1977 as a family retreat, with a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry. This is a comfortable beach house and we have done remodeling, refurnishing and updating recently. The master bedroom has huge ocean views.

We really enjoyed our stay. Mike's communication couldn't be better and the bed was really comfortable. Pre-arrival snacks and drinks were nice and the going away gift was a very pleasant surprise. And, we saw the whale spouts from the balcony!

OCEAN Front! Walk to the Beach! Private & Gated!

Our family of 8 (15-50yo) had a great stay at Kevin’s place! We walked out the back door every morning to walk on the beach and we went swimming/boogie boarding many days right there. Sunsets were amazing and we even saw a whale out there! The inside is clean and spacious and there are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor plus a loft up another flight that has a king size and queen size bed. The location was actually great for us as we ate at Fish Tacos El Blue food truck in Olowalu village 3 times, did a whale watch tour which was 6 min away, went to Turtle Rock at the Post Office a few times to see turtles and swim (10min) and had grocery stores within 6 min. We did go north to the resort area and while there are a few more beaches to choose from, it’s busier. But having a large kitchen to cook family meals, space to move around, easy access in and out of our resort home and listening to waves every day made this place worth it 100%!

We had such an amazing stay at this condo. The view from the patio is amazing we sat out on it every night. The covered parking made it so easy to come and go. We saw turtles floating in the water late afternoon the first night we got there. Close to the airport and alot of other things close by like the town of kihei and maalae harbor for shopping and happy hour. We got a visit from a cute lil grey beach cat near the water. :) highly suggest this place bill was a wonderful host !

This place was perfect for our families to enjoy our time together. Spacious and especially enjoyed the patio table for our meals outdoors. Bedrooms were also spacious and offered private quiet time. Kids loved the pool!! Our only regret was not staying longer.

Hasan’s place was perfect for our family of four, including two teenagers. Having two bathrooms and each teen having their own bed was perfect for us. The master bedroom was spacious and the kids enjoyed the loft. We loved the lanai and watching the whales and boats. The kitchen has everything we needed to make some meals. The location is ideal. We could walk right out the front of the complex, walk across at the crosswalk and we were at Charlie Young Beach. We used the provided snorkel sets every morning, and the boogie boards in the afternoons. We saw lots of fish and snorkelled with sea turtles here. The sunsets were beautiful from the lanai and the beach. We went to many beaches but this was our favourite. We also walked regularly to the shops, restaurants, food trucks, shaved ice, and the cove for our surf lesson. We’d highly recommend Hasan’s and will stay here again when we return to Maui!

This was a blessing! We booked last minute and Z was quick to approve and respond with Aloha! Loved how it was so close to shops, beaches, activities etc. Loved the ac in the bedroom upstairs loft and living room! Loved the self parking registration and sending information/instructions prior check-in! Kitchen had pots, pans, cooking utensils, towels and beach stuff! Wish we could have stayed longer but our trip was quick! Loved waking up to seeing the view of the mountain from the loft/living area, I only wish there were curtains in the living room windows for privacy. The other people in the buildings were also so friendly so I made me feel safe, welcomed, and at peace! I would highly recommend and return! 5 stars and then some!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Kihei! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper, made it easy to prepare meals and enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach! Being able to stroll over for a morning swim or a sunset walk was an absolute dream. The condo is also close to great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed for a perfect Maui getaway. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and can’t wait to come back.
