It is located in Aguçadoura, on the way to Santiago and has a grocery store at the door, a restaurant and a children's playground. It is located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator, with narrow stairs, so it is less accessible for people with reduced mobility. The terrace is idyllic for relaxing in privacy to the sound of the waves of the sea or watching the sky by day filled with seagulls and at night by stars and a magnificent sunset!

The Alves da Veiga Rooftop is located in downtown Porto, just 2min away from Mercado do Bolhão. It’s a 200sqm loft with 2 bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 bathrooms (both downstairs), a spacious terrace and 2 balconies. It's full of light and space for up to 4 people. You can park your car in our private parking space and take the elevator to the rooftop. The spacious terrace is ideal to relax after a long day and enjoy a bottle of wine while overlooking the Downtown skyline!

Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.

This tiny house, was a fisherman typical warehouse and is located in the last fisherman neighborhood, and still today resist to empire state dealers! It's turned back to the sea, but still close to it, so close that in strong winter sea comes to the door :). Approximately 50 meters from the beach, You'll find yourself in the middle of fisherman boats traffic and right in the center of the first hand fish sale. And sea lovers of course :)
