Eira Velha House

Small rural stone house restored with private garden and parking, offers tranquillity and a stunning view to Serra da Freita and Frecha da Mizarela waterfall. Great starting point to reach the remote hills of Freita, where you can enjoy long hikes, river baths or simply visit the geological and archaeological sites of Arouca Geopark. Located in a small rural village in the hills, nearby you can find a grocery store and good restaurant with local gastronomy. Porto city is just 50 min away by car.

Casa Canela apartment and pool.

A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

The region is well known for its wines and its gatronomy and is ideal to relax or work.

Enjoy a stay in our garden hut—a simple, minimalist space with WiFi (optional) and electricity via an extension cable. Perfect for a quiet getaway or as a digital workspace. Our house is on the same property, with two more guest rooms, a shared kitchen, bathroom, and a dry composting toilet in the garden. We provide a mosquito net in summer and an electric heater in winter.

Quinta da Rosa Linda is in a very privileged location, in an agricultural area surrounded by corn fields and hills, with the city of Oliveira de Azeméis 3 minutes away by car, Porto 45 minutes away and Aveiro 30 minutes away. In addition, it is located between the magical mountains (Serra da Freita) and beach areas, Torreira Furadouro, Esmoriz and Maceda beaches.

There is a swimming pool that is heated from May 1 to October 15. There is a gym with rowing machine, squat cage, ski erg and small equipment such as wall ball, sandbag, kettlebell etc, a ping pong table and a petanque court. All these spaces are to be shared with a maximum of 6 other people.
